Wow this response was very insightful. Your questions are the same questions that I have you know? I think no matter what, the kids belong to the donor. However law states that it belongs to the couple. I guess it all depends on which angle you decide to look at it from.
Say the donator is married and the woman receiving the donation is married. The couple recieving the donation would call the kid theirs. But technically it's the donors. Would the donor ever see his again. And if he did, say after 10 years, would the child truly be his or would the ones who raised him be obliged to say it is theirs.
