very high bit rate is an answer to your question

the higher your bit rate the better the pix-elation of the video thus the better your video quality

but you PC has to be able to play back two high definition video streams, streaming at an extremely high bit rate if not the sound will run away from the video(literally) and the play back(video) will be choppy..

if this happens i recommend upgrading your PC's video Graphics card to one that supports HD playback

I use the canon XL-H1. But what really makes it looks that great is the Letus 35mm adapter. letusdirect . com
