  • That is absolutely WRONG! Give this tape to a lawyer who represents the owner of that Explorer. The City owes this guy and the poor guy parked just adjacent too (who also got bumped by this cluster $&(#$ of a tow job). Thank you for taping this stuff. Send it to Mayor Mike too.
