dude those meals are really small.. i mean if i go to to the gym and after eat just one fish or what ever that was with that vegtables i will be hungry as hell do you even eat a normal meal after the gym? or just that small one i mean you don't need more food then that ? those are very small meals man...

How much water do you drink?

@bjornssa A lot of water, on workout days between 150 and 250 oz or so, and on non workout days around 150 to 200 oz
