  • omg its youtube inside of youtube

  • @balderodensson I agree, it is The Godfather, it's the greatest film of all time in my opinion. But at least spell Brando's name properly dude, the guy is more than a brilliant actor.

  • who the fuck cares if this is a bad video. it's the godfather. as long as it is the godfather it cant be bad, rest in peace marlon brandon.

  • @balderodensson at last...

  • brilliant acting-shitty video!!!

  • Theres technology called triming videos...

  • did marlon brando ever talked about this movie?

  • 0:13 It moves with your feet??!!

  • Brilliant acting, retarded video uploading.

  • I can't view this because of windows firewall. It say's something about an overpriced overhyped fruit.

  • called the douchebag edit

  • MAC IS SHIT.. MICROSOFT IS THE ANSWER!!!!!!

  • the best actor

  • @studentstav i kno

  • Look at the detail of the hair combed over the bald patch on that guys head within the first 5 seconds - fantastic attention to detail of the characters in the film!

  • are you playing a powerpoint?but it's a great movie

  • Macs are great. Want to cut a video ? Record your screen. Want to record the sound at the same time ? Turn on the mic and turn up the speakers.

Can I suggest you to try a VCR next time ?

  • What just happened??

  • Lets focus on the video, and not his godamn computer.

  • @kozin354 lol

  • TTHIS ISNT VERY GOOD ACTING

  • @gchvjknxl it is

  • @gchvjknxl yeah i suppose! Thats probably why he didnt win the oscar for best actor for this movie. Oh wait he did win it didnt he?!

  • @me323 Touche. Very nice!! Brando was in a league of his own!

  • ok. u have apple.

  • @thedeparted1991: "you ruined my life"??? YOU FUCKING FAGGOT!!!!

  • Jesus. How can you have a mac and so shittily edit a video?

  • @HoGraz It's because he has a mac that his video is so shitty edited.

  • @HoGraz because he has a mac

  • @HoGraz totally fucking agree

  • LOOOL

  • I have mad skills.

  • isnt that guy with marlon the same guy in the godfather 2? the landlord?

  • @daisylovesmoy If you mean Bonasera (Salvatore Corsitto), no. He is definitely not the actor, who played Signor Roberto (Leopoldo Trieste) in the second film.

  • sonnys body wasnt that bad of a condition.

bullets can take off huge chunks of you

  • Everything was shot in one scene, no doubles. Besides he probably was the only actor that refused to get an Oscar.

  • what brando do as vito will never be matched again. he is beyond brilliant. the godfather films are basically great scene after great scene, and this one tops them all

  • Marlon Brando was my best actor,I can't belive his dead.

  • Poor Sonny got smoked. Probably the saddest moment out of the whole Godfather series

  • @Dogfacesoulja8582

"Poor Sonny" had it coming because he was an unhinged, loose cannon! You can't succeed as don and be going after Carlo with a garbage can! Cool, brainy Michael showed the opposite personality which made him a perfect fit as the new don. Unfortunately, he could've been "Senator Corleone, Governor Corleone" as his father wanted, until he's drawn over to the "dark side." The saddest moment may be when Michael becomes Godfather and the door closes on Kay as "Godfather" ends.

  • you gotta watch the entire movie, then, and only then this scene will truly hit you in the face

  • I agree with part of what degree7 wrote about Brando's acting...but I don't think we LOVED Sonny...he's a crazy, dangerously impulsive, nasty piece of business and a "bad Don" as Don (Vito) Corleone himself says...Sonny's actions set up the whole chain of events leading to Don Vito's shooting and subsequently Michael's being drawn into the Family Business, by shooting off his mouth to Sollazzo at the first meeting about the heroin business.

  • Brando, so overrated.Mumbling cunt.

  • @2011TREADSTONE

By the use of "cunt" here referring to a man, I must assume you're an English arshole and don't know the first thing about film acting...or probably anything except Man United and fried fish. If you're NOT English, you're just a generic, ignorant asshole.

  • @kboy20 Yes I am English my Colonial cousin, and proud of it, and I stand by what I say. Marlon Brando in MY OPINION was an overrated, certainly far well overpaid mumbling cunt! Looking at this, with whatever he has in his mouth it almost looks like a comedy sketch! There are far better actors around than him. His successor to the role De Niro for one, Leonardo Di Caprio in recent years has with versatile roles, in films like Blood diamond, J.Edgar, surpassed this drawling, fumbling Muppet!

  • @2011TREADSTONE I love bobby d but he's not in the same league as brando buddy. Watch "Last Tango in Paris". I've never seen somebody let out such raw emotion in front of a camera before . De Niro and Dicaprio don't have the balls or possibly even the ability to do what Brando did in that film. Love him or hate him, he is the greatest of all times at his chosen profession. FACT!

  • @bigleaguechew87 I have seen Last Tango in Paris, it's fair to say he was good in that, but I'm sorry, making a statement claiming Brando is the greatest actor ever as a "FACT" is ludicrous. As long as their is conflicting opinion, nothing is set in concrete. Sure, there are many people who'll agree with you in supporting your claim, as I'm sure there are a lot of people who also agree Brando is well overrated. The young Lions. He's so bad in that film it's embarrassing.

  • @bigleaguechew87 The thing that got Brando noticed was this unusual and in my opinion often annoying out of left field acting. The experts and band wagon jumpers would say it was genius... But I as a viewer would say it was a mumbling, slow delivery of his lines... Namely because he was reading from cards placed strategically about the set! The minute he appears in Apocolypse Now the film ends for me, as I cant be sat waiting for him to take five minutes to deliver a three word sentence!!!

  • @2011TREADSTONE

Tready, all those actors you mentioned would acknowledge in a nonce (as you people say) the tremendous debt they owe to Brando. Seriously, I really think you should go back and watch "Streetcar..." and "On the Waterfront" before we continue this, laddy. You're out of your depth. Read a goddamned book about American film for chrissakes.

  • @kboy20 I'll admit it on The waterfront is a brilliant movie "Yeh don't understand! I could have had class, I coulda been a contender, I coulda been somebody, instead of a bum, which is what I am... Let's face it!" But I just don't share you admiration and Brando's over inflated pay days infuriated me. Coppola had to remortage his house for pity's sake to finish Apocolypse Now, a huge chunk of its budget going to Brando for what? The tip of the scales where unjustified in my book.

  • @kboy20 ..And by the way fool! You're a ignorant prejudiced twat!

TWAT 'Twat', an English word used by people in England as a means of insult, only equally to the universaly used word 'Cunt' as in Marlon Brando is an overrated mumbling cunt

  • @kboy20 I completely agree with you on the Brando count but I also think you should shut the fuck up about the English. Have you ever even been to England? It's like me saying that all you know about is McDonalds and Baseball, a totally ignorant, prejudiced statement with no foundation in truth. Think about what you say in future.

  • @Aidanownz

Jeez, what happened to the much heralded (deservedly so) Brit sense of humor? Relax, Malcolm or Clive or Nigel or whatever the hell you'r name is! Man, you people are touchy since you lost the Empire! Is that a threat in the last line? Are you gonna send the Navy over again? Have a cuppa tea and a scone and relax! I love the fucking English! We are 2 peoples separated by a common language! Go watch "In the Loop" again. Cheers, mate! Barman, a pint for Aidan across the pond!

  • @kboy20 I'm not angry, I'm just aware that if I said the things that you are saying about the British to you, then you would kick up a fuss. You can think what you like about England, but keep it to yourself if you don't want people to get pissed off with you. Now I can't actually tell whether you're joking or you're pretending to be joking, but either way, it's in bad taste. It's not funny, so why should I use my sense of humour? Not a threat, but I wouldn't say that to a Brit directly.

  • @kboy20 I don't want to get caught up in any youtube flame wars, but as a Brit, I feel obliged to clumsily step in and happily confess that I don't know a single Malcolm, Clive or Nigel.

Regarding Brando, you are certainly right though. At least in the top 3 American actors of the last century. Only Bobby or maybe Peck come close.

  • @kboy20 Lmao - I love these people who know everything about "film acting" and yet spend all of there time on YouTube. Go bore someone else with your stereotypical rubbish, little boy.

  • @wiihaward94

"Little boy"? Is that what you call your dick, fuckwad? Listen, wanker, not only do I have mad skills re: film history, criticism and acting but I know the fucking difference between "their" and "there" you low grade moron. Why don't you and your stereotypically bad teeth go get drunk and vomit at a football match and then go beat someone to death with a wicket?

  • @kboy20 You don't have "mad skills" mate, if you did, you'd be utilising it and getting yourself some money with it rather than spending all of your time commenting about everything on this video - get a life mate, you don't look "cool" at all and you're poor at insulting people - in terms of commenting on my grammar, I'm going to have a wild stab in the dark that you're american - don't forget where you got your language pal, we make the rules in this game, not you.

  • @wiihaward94

I don't spend ALL my time commenting on this clip. Some of my other time I spend commenting on OTHER clips. I also watch Will Ferrell's "Pearl the Landlord" at least a couple times a week. I also enjoy going to bullfights on acid, numismatics, hydromancy and crocheting.

  • godfather movies are the monalisa of the 20th century

  • It's funny how all these faggots bashing Macs can't come up with a good reason as to why they suck. All I can say is, it must suck to be poor.

  • @VelaToNorma7

    Haha, cutiepie.

  • @VelaToNorma7 that's probably the most retarded post i've seen. i expected more from a fellow mac user. yes, macs have their downsides. we can't play video games or run a lot of programs without going through a pain-in-the-ass process. macs are expensive as fuck. it is hard to modify macs. shut the fuck up and stop being so naive, you're embarrassing all mac users.

  • this is always the scene i show my mates to proof wat a brilliant actor and wat an amazing story this movie is .... Its annoying how some ppl only get into it cuz its cool but the brilliance behind this movie always leaves me in stunned.. ive watched this movie a gazzilion times..(since i was 7.. my dad was a huge fan.)

  • @24asiya me too and i'm still going to watch it for years to come. Great movie

  • 0:32 - 0:51 acting lesson. Brandos is not an actor, is THE ACTOR

  • mac ? whats mac?

  • @moreeso I think it's similar to a Bieber.

  • kind of sad that now people respect some gay wizards and vampires but not real actors like them!

  • terrible because it was from a mac

  • Nice eyebrow work

  • @arabiannights100 like the eyebrow work of Charles Chaplin... just amazing actors in all history

  • What's with the lack of respect ? You guys are lame.

  • OMG ITS A MAC

  • I love how he seems to play the part so simply, and yet so much emotion just comes pouring through in a believable way. We know exactly how Don Corleone is feeling, and in a way, we can relate, because we loved Sonny too.

Truly, Brando and DeNiro are the heavyweights of cinema.

  • @degree7 I agree Made me hate Carlo

  • @degree7 so true! Those who have watched these two greats know the truth behind your statement.

  • @degree7 a great actor is when you don't even think about it is acting.

i never did watching the godfather

  • @91Omerde I agree

  • @SuperAmerican111 EVERYTHING

  • Lets be honest, its a fucking masterpiece of acting .

  • @AdamTomaszewskiPL heck yeah

  • whats the opposite of brilliant?

  • @bobeagle007 twilight.

  • I just love watching Marlon Brando's performance in The Godfather. I can't describe it, the subtleties, the sincerity, he simply and with the lighest touch, becomes the older Vito Corleone.

  • nice fart bubbles at the beggining lol

  • @draubeib why are you calling 90 plus percent of "eclectics" stupid?

  • @dragubeib but buying a mac is stupid...

  • @dragubeib mac attack?

  • @DaneKubicka Thanks for insulting Marlon Brando. Jerk off!!!!

  • @DaneKubicka you see that's apple for you.. which other computer would you be able to tell just by seeing the volume change on it.. :)

  • @DaneKubicka oh how the bitches will flock to you because you dissed a computer

  • @DaneKubicka mac are only for intelligent and creative people, PC are only for game players.

  • DUDE GIVE ME YOUR WALLPAPER

  • That's not brilliant acting. That's just making an ass-face

  • @awhoergek No man, you wrong, your face like ass..

  • @kalemarlon Learn English please. I can't understand you....

  • damn this emotion is so hard to fake...its like a excess of emotion(sadness and shock) that u can control, or hide

  • Its the lighting! Insanely excrutiating attention to detail! Must have taken days to light up the room!

  • Brando is the most talented actor. What a shame, that he became

fat like Ariel Sharon and had kids with ugly mexican woman

  • everyone has MAC now?

  • 17 dislikes, interesting. Marlon without doubt is one of the best screen actors ever. People try to mimic him like in the Waterfront "I could have been a contender - One-way Ticket to Palookaville" or Street Car named Desire with " Stellllllaaaaa" and so many from Godfather and Apocalypse Now.

It's the difference between creating a character or using the same one in every film like so many do. Great ones do that like Daniel Day-Lewis, Kevin Spacey, Johnny Depp and others.

  • @MrHoolits Agreed. One of the problems I have with actors like Clint Eastwood or Jack Nicholson is that no matter what film they're in, they seem to have the same persona. You know what you'll get, most of the time. However, the actors you've mentioned, and the likes of De Niro, Pacino, Bale, they become the role they play and you don't feel like you're watching the actor so much, whereas with Nicholson etc you're aware you're watching Nicholson playing a role
