I can still here my dad setting on the front porch singing this song just to sing it and my mom in the kitchen cooking and smiling. ( I come from a very small town in IN.
@stone123er ..Your grandfather would have been my doctor when I lived in Dardanelle, 1968-1971. He was such a sweet man. I never met Bonnie though. But I've been a fan of the Browns as long as I can remember. You're a lucky young man!
Ah memories. It was 1966 on Sat night at the Ryman. I'm sitting in the front row and Jim Ed was on stage giving a hell of a show. The poor woman sitting next to me was so excited she couldn't sit still. Jim was flirting outrageously with her, cooing every note in her direction. She was about to cashier her husband then and there. I sold her my roll of film for five dollars. I wish I hadn't done that.
They just don't make 'em like this anymore. Where did country music go? I wish it would return to its' roots and remember artist's like the Browns. Thanks for this upload.
This is beyond a joke. I looked for one song hours ago. It is now three o clock in the morning and I am playing everything by the Browns. Absolutely wonderful, such total voice coordination. Maybe get to bed about 4?
Love this. Thanks

Again most perfect Harmony, the sound recording so crystal clear & matches the
Speakers - A Super Stereo Demonstration Record .
Thanks for the posting of this Gem of a track.

@JDurden33 Oh, horrendous nothing, it may not be the traditional way this song is done but it in no way sounds bad. Way to be close-minded.
