My iPod touch 4g heats up every time I play with it and I put it in the freezer

The problem is thay radiation from the laptop has triggerd the over heat sensors inside your iphone it may have even burn them, try taking it to the apple store & Good Luck my friend :)

Macbooks internal harddrive is at that section of the laptop. Maybe the magnet from the harddisk is doing something to your phone.? Aha

Last time my iPod 2nd gen did that, ran to put ice all over it in a freezer set to 5 Degrees, 40 seconds later, PROBLEM SOLVED? pm me and I'll tell you! Unless your scared

You have to turn it off by holding both the home and the power button, put it in the freezer for 15 seconds, no more, maybe 1 second less but then after turn it on the same way you turned it off

Looking at your carrier name I see u jailbroke it so there could be software that there's software on there that is not managing the battery right

Ok I know this may sound stupid but, the iPhone only gets hot if its close to a similar processor if it is on a PC,MacBook or a laptop and also mobile phones such as the smartphones, old iPhone 3G or 3GS and yea.

Also I had another error screen come up yesterday about cellular activate cannot be supported, abort, the phone was just on my couch not doing jack shit! I only use the phone for calls and SMS and Internet not to listen to music, play games or anything else, put it this way, I don't get nowhere near the full potential of what this phone can do so why am I getting these errors

its because iphone still cant handle app running in the backround, make sure you close everything properly untill they come out with a fix.
