After I read Timaeus, I realized that the Ancient Greece was very evolved and they knew many things about the world, including the fact the Earth is round, not only that but, Plato knew that the Earth is bigger at the Equator and flat at the poles. He also knew that the Earth spins around it's axis.

Yes, I know about Aristarchus he was a great astronomer. I'm more than 100% sure that, along with the burning of the Library of Alexandria, the world has been set back for many, many years. Truth or not, the schooling system will be even more crappy if the state allows private schooling. It happened in my country too and now, just like in the USA, any stupid man with enough money can get a diploma. Why should the stupid people with money, take the jobs of smart students that actually learn in a state university? Trust me, with this crisis and the lack of jobs and everything, all you need is private schooling, so that stupid people with money, can take the jobs of those who learn...

My friend, do you know what is the problem in Romania? The schooling system has been changed and the books too. The school books are now very poor, some with inaccurate information, others with false information. From the history books, to the math they teach. Back when I was in gymnasium we used to have at least 6 hours of school/day. Now they teach kids only 4h/day...
