@opposition66 Yes but you must have xbox live to be able to update it. I do recommend though that you get it for PC or get a regular xbox, because it is quite slow on 360. I have it and it's also a bit more glitchy. Though that doesn't mean you shouldn't get it on 360 if that is the only way you can get it.

here's an easter egg for all you players, (this is for the xbox version, i'm not sure if it's different on the pc, because i've never played the pc version myself) but if you look through all the crates in balmora, you'll find about 20-30 gold pieces and a random enchanted weapon. it normally gives me some type of spear or throwing star. good luck. :)

Morrowind > Oblivion. Hands down, no arguments. Story was better, had more to do, and it was hard, especially in the early levels where you were just said.. 'Okay.. you're free.. fend for yourself.' None of the tutorial crap..

2 things first time players brightness turned up can help and also try getting the morrowind plain first because game of the year addition is much slower and personaly until i know what im doing in a game i prefere it to be faster and then after wards get the expansions of bloodmoon and tribunal and tribunal is for some special items and bloodmoon is good for some nice items to but also lycanthropy can only be caught of soulthiem which is tribunal only

Make sure that the weapon(s) you use line up with your main stats. If you're a magic user, don't grab a bow and arrow. If you're good with long blades, don't grab an axe. That was my very first noob mistake in this game ever!

You need the GOTY edition of Morrowind to obtain the Royal Guard armor he is wearing. When you get it taunt one of the Royal Guards so you don't get the murder penalty and loot his armor. Oh and if you kill Vivec and take his magical glove you will need to speak to Yagrum the last dwarf( something like that) to reenchant the wraithguard. The downside to doing that is that you permanently lose 225 health.

get Morrowind for PC, you can get mods to update the graphical environment to look like a new game, and for a few other things, also theres the construction set ^^
