After having a baby i would like to work my abs. How many times a week do i have this exercises? And after how many weeks will i see some results, just to know i'm doing it correctly.
@kristelleke Thanks for watching. It's all right if you do these exercises 4-5 days a week. You should feel stronger and tighter abs after about 2 weeks, if you do it at least 4 times a week.
Wow I was like 3 minutes into it and I already felt it big time!! Thanks for helping me I'm 12 and I think my stomach is fat and this will be perfect for every day thanks 😁.
I'm skinny to start with. I know you can't give an exact figure, but about how long will it take for a teenage girl to start sctually seeing the abs instead of just a flat stomach? I don't necessarily want a six-pack. I just want to be able to see the abs at least a little. Thanks for the awesome video by the way!
@Leopardstar12 Thanks for your kind words. You're correct: I can't give you an exact figure or even an estimate. Being able to see ab definition depends on so many things: body fat percentage, ab strength, the shape of the abdominal muscles, water retention or lack thereof. You should just focus on doing the movements with correct form. Build up your strength, eat nutritious foods and whatever happens (regarding "seeing" your abs) will happen on its own. :-)
@helena7773 "Abs" is a short term for abdominal muscles. These are the muscles that cover the front of your torso. Exercising these muscles as demonstrated in the video will strengthen your abs and make your tummy flatter. If you have no body fat in that area, you'll be able to see your abs and your tummy will look and feel flat and firm.
@BrenditasBodyWorks I don't reall have fat in that area..But i have a lil bit so i'm not ready to see my abs..And i want a flat tummy soo bad. How long i how to work out this to see that my tummy is smaller and flatter.?

@youjinjoh You need to do at least 20 minutes of cardiovascular aerobic exercise every day to burn fat. For a workout to be considered aerobic, you must keep your heart beating within it's target range CONSISTENTLY for 20 minutes. A heart rate monitor is a great investment and not that expensive. Alternatively, you can check your heart rate with your index finger and a stop watch. The only way to lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you take in.
@AFONSINA1000 Your hands should rest on your ears and BARELY cradle your head: They're just there for support, not to help you lift your upper body. Keep your chin away from your chest/neck and think of lifting your upper back and shoulders off the ground. This is the only way you'll force the abs to work. Listen to the instructions I give in the workout and it'll make more sense. Good luck!
i must say you are in excellent shape i will definately give these moves a shot i hate excercising but when getting older one needs to get moving. Good job
