How can information be encrypted? It still has to reach Wi-Fi spot, through Wi-Fi signal and only then reach VPN server. Do you want to say that information gets encrypted right on your computer, then travels to VPN server and only then gets unencrypted and other way around?

If you only use a Ip-adress of a proxy which isn´t called "hight anonymous",then you won´t be save because the "cheap"-proxies create Ip-log-datas which notice your real-ip-adress,but this .log file is going to be deleted after a deleted time

Try disabling your firewall. You should be ok as long as you visit sites you trust, and have no viruses. I don't recommend this though, because if you get a virus or visit a site with malware, you;re gonna have to get somebody to repair your computer.

O.K., my bad. LOL forgot to run the program. When I did, I tried connecting and was told by a pop up to make sure that the firewall wasn't blocking it. I turned the fire wall off and after 10 minutes of waiting for it to connect, I opted out.

Not worth all that time. Sure I can find a much safer way to use one elsewhere with the firewall on.
