clearly not an active police car. if that was a police officer you would be in jail and your car would be in an impound lot. driving that fast on public roadways is irresponsible, perhaps you should not have the privilege of driving on public roadways. I guarantee you that if I was on duty and you were driving like that I would have you stopped and in the back of my car in a heartbeat. people like you are the reason innocent people are killed on the roadways.
