Tratak uygulaması çoğunlukla mumla yapılır. Aslolan bu uygulamada sürekli kendini geliştirerek enerjinin üst çakralara çıkarılmasını sağlamaktır. Başarılabilirse Durugörü yeteneği geliştirilebilir. Zor bir süreçtir. Yapacaklara tavsiyem sabırlı olmalarıdır.

Ghee let it age than use it internally or cook with it. That is how Ghee is used medically. The eyes are staring at a Candle flame that is Tratak.

Having lived in India, ghee is very hard to get, to make. not every body can get the milk etc. In 30 years I've never heard YOU needed Ghee. You stare at a flame and do Tratak, not Ghee.

As an ayurveda practitioner, i have been taught that tratak should only be done with a ghee candle.  the healing powers of the ghee and the special quality of the light from the buring ghee are best for healing the eyes. By doing tratak with a different kind of candle, it may not have the same effects.
