Great old photos, some of which I have never seen before. ......The Photo at the end was of Dennis Stokes....I remember Dennis well He used to work at the Leisure Centre years ago . A great Bloke. His Daughter Denise was a good singer , and a great Girl (I was in School with her ) .
Brilliant video. I'm from The Quay and found myself remembering tales my grandfather told us about the Quay he grew up in as a lad while watching this cracking video. Cheers for posting :)

most of these buildings have been riped down, lots in the past decade - the loss of the steepled churh was a disgrace a shameful loss of a landmark
