Ah, the mighty Holden FB - Lets just say when designing this, Holden took elements of a fair number of 1950s US GM styling trends. As it is, that van is a rare model (the van and pickup versions used carryover rear panels from the previous FC model), particularly with the fenderskirts fitted.

As for the engine, an Ecotech V6 would be a rocket in comparision to the old-tech 2.2L Grey motor that was in there...
