Boise did invent this version of the play. In traditional Statue, the QB fakes and hands off with the same hand. Boise State QB Jared Zabransky added the behind the back hand off.

nah the two handed version has been around since the 60s dude. the whole point of the play name is the pose the QB is in because of where his hands are: one hand high faking the pass, one hand low handing off the ball
