Male belly dancers have always existed, but any way they have always been around for several hundred years and danced at a time in egypt when women were not allowed to belly dance, if you look back through history man men played women's roles in theater, singing, and so on because women were forbidden to perform so they are still around, get over it some are famous like Egyptian Tito Seif and he's MARRIED TO A WOMAN!
