@floomsy1994 B flat Major, but with many other chords than those of B flat in it. I think. Difficult question! It seems to me that one could say that many popsongs aren't "in een key" anymore. There just using all kind of chords, and not a scale.

This is really good, but it's not the version you sing to, is it? It has the melody for it. I'm meant to be playing this for an accompaniment, so the voice will be doing the melody, but I can't find the sheet music for or a tutorial for just the standard version.

@jstorm482 The song of Adele is longer than this 1 minute 36 seconds, because she repeats some parts of it, as described: first you play measure 1 to 16, than measure 9 to 24, and so on. (Therefore you have to read the sheet music).
