The whole point of this is to be something you can do very quickly and easily with stuff you probably have lying around anyway for people who are lazy/can't/too terrified to cook. Yes I COULD make the dough, and YES I can make a napolitana sauce, but it would defeat the purpose of this meal. I'm sorry if it offended your elitist skillz.
