  • leedsicthys was 29 inches

  • megalodon was 120 foot long, liopleurodon was 60 foot long, predator x was 85 foot long

  • Really good!

But what about the Monster Of Aramberri (I mean an adult specimen), Pliosaurus macromerus or Livyathan? I also have read size estimates up to 25m for Basilosaurus and there is a 2,7m skull known (the head of the Basilosaurus in your comparison doesnt look like 2,7m).

  • Add a bottlenosed dolphin,common dolphin,pacific white sided dolphin,bull shark,reef shark,humpback whale,beluga,pilot whale,minke whale,fin whale and narwhal.

  • What's the title of the song?

  • The scale is not accurate.

  • WOW YOU DO NOT KNOW WHATS DEINOSUCHUS WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • We dont know the exact size of Predator X for all we know it could be 60 feet +

  • U have mistake, tiger shark isn't bigger than great white

  • Oh, Elasmosaurus is here...

  • Add Cymbospondylus, Humpback Whale, Elasmosaurus and Shonisaurus.

  • Try to find different images for your crocodilians, and try to avoid the freakishly large specimens that you are counting for the size of the species (25 foot tiger shark?). Maybe you can put in a trilobite to show the smaller end of the scale.

  • put liopleurodon and deinosuchus

  • I would like a wallpaper of this chart. Do you have one? A JPEG maybe?

  • why is megalodon 68 feetin this vid and 52 feet in your first

  • look how tiny the person is to the others

  • Why is the Tiger Shark bigger then the great white? Tiger sharks are 5 meters big and Great whites are 6 so why??

  • sh*** the end is "smaller than great white"

  • What about Helicoprion? Anyway, it's REALLY good, all the animals in the right size. But tiger-shark is smaller then

  • lol megalodon was not bigger then predator x

  • Baracuda!

  • kronosaurus is 67 feet

  • Architeuthis! (Giant Squid... pleaseee!)

  • I just want to watch the 4th version :s

  • This is a brilliant size scale! By the way, i love all of your videos! I've even made my own VS video (Take a look at it when you have time)!! Keep up the work, animalwarz!! ;)

  • Add A Gharil

  • It is nice to know there are other nerds out there who obsess over prehistoric predators, esp marine apex predators.

  • You need to decrease the tiger to about 15 feet. I thought Predator X grew much larger but I have to double check.

  • Biggest creature is (ass probably all of you know) is blue whale, but the biggest example was about 120 ft long and 177 tons weight! haha

  • Isn't the liopleurodon a bit small in this pic? I've learned that liopleurodon was the largest seapredator that ever existed.

  • Comment removed

  • Great whites are around 26 feet, tigers are only 20 feet long

  • add a octopus

  • um @takeshiBANKAI the blue whale Is the largest sea creature because it's over 110 feet megalodon is 60 feet.

  • @Roboshark123 no, the meg measured over 60 feet but they are not sure how much. Their front teeth are as long as 7 inches.

  • Do a hammerhead shark

  • If the phenomon known as Bloop, an ultra-low frequecy sound detected in the ocean really was caused by something living it would have dwarfed all of these.

  • add nothosaurus

  • add deinsusuchus

  • the 50ft long mosasaurus is nearly as long as the 40 brygmophyseter. And megalodon is only 50ft long, kronosaurus is 35ft, liopleurodon is 17ft to 24ft long (wikipedia)

  • @qazwsxedc753able wiki dinosaur stuff is sometimes a load of bull. megalodon could grow over 50 feet in some cases, the largest mosasaur was 60 feet and we do not know how big lio was, but it was over 10 metres at least

  • @redcarnotaurus . Lio is 17ft to 24ft long, average at 20ft long. 10m long was so wrong and outdate

  • add loipleurodon

  • Guy, put Livyatan melvillei

  • megalodon is biggest sea creature ever

  • @takeshiBANKAI no,its most carnivorous sea creature ever ;)

  • @MrStonko Hahaha, good point! ;p that was smart there bro! ;D

  • @takeshiBANKAI haha,its true ;)

  • you dont have any giant octopus or giant squid and they are cool creatures

  • Put gray whale.

  • Yes you need to add Shastasaurus, largest marine reptile ever.

  • @bombarderoazul Even bigger than Liouplerodon? Is Shatasaurus Predator X?

  • @bombarderoazul Oh wait it isnt, damn its huge

  • no is not

  • Why is the Tiger Shark bigger than the Great White Shark? Great Whites are the biggest predatory shark today greatly out sizing and feasting upon Tiger Sharks.

    HAPPY SHARK WEEK EVERYONE!!!!!!!!

    Also add Steller Sea Cow.

  • @Jerryguy1818 Consideraste alguna vez que no solo importa la medida, sino también el peso?? no verdad? Ese es el problema con la gente de tu país!

  • @Jerryguy1818 "bigger" not longer einstien

  • @Jerryguy1818 YOU ARE IGNORANT, PLAIN AND SIMPLE, THE BIGGEST TIGER SHARK WAS BIGGER THAN THE BIGGEST WHITE SHARK, SO THE VIDEO IS CORRECT

  • @combatesdeboxeo Um ok I guess I'm ignorant because I did research on sharks since I was 5 because there my favorite animal or because Discovery Channel, Nat geo, and Animal planet lie. Either way I'm going to stick with my earlier statement. Btw thanks for letting my comment earlier be the top comment that means alot.

  • @Jerryguy1818 i think its how long?

  • tigers aren't bigger than whites nd definitely don't grow 2 25 feet

  • Thanks for megalodon

  • Predator X is liopleurodon and a tiger shark gets 16 ft.

  • you forgot one chuck norris

  • Where is the Shonisaurus and the Shastasaurus?????

  • Where is the shonisaurus it should be there up it grew up to 70Ft

  • PLEASE put shonisaurus in there!!!

  • just for fun you should try comparing jaws to megalodon

  • @77arbiter Btw I was told that the shark in jaws was a baby meglodon

  • @jamesbowden55 ohhhh. thats cool

  • hey the megalodon is bigger. they ATE whales when they were alive.

  • @lucinalvam megalodons grew up to 67-68 ft long, animalwarz has solid figures

  • in soviet Russia Blue whales are not the biggest animal, Plankton is.

  • Leviatan Mellvei :D

  • liopleurodon is bigger

  • dude you fucking suck at making size comparisons. meg is only 50 feet. he wasnt as big as u think dumbfuck. just bc u like him doesn't mean u should like fuckface.

  • @farmersboy112 aually hes right. its still smaller than a blue whale but is 50-70 feet so its fine.

  • bluewhale is a badass

  • im pretty sure a full grown mosasaur is 70ft long :( it was definatly larger than basilosaurus

  • Make tiger shark shorter

  • predator x was bigger then that. it has the same mass as megaladon

  • alll no life

  • Add a 50ft Deinosuchus and a 60ft Spinosaurus.

  • and a single megalodon could probably kill all of these. i just learned about the leedsichsys(something like that).

  • My son loves your scale and wants to print it but we can only find a very small version of it online. It gets too distorted if we try and enlarge it. Can you post it as a jpeg online?

  • 52 feet is the conservative body lenght estimate from Gottfried et al in 1996, based on a 6,3 inches tooth. The liberal estimate stated 67 feet in lenght.

Now, there are 7 inches or more upper anterior teeth. Now do the math.

  • Liopleurodon was more like 25-30 feet. Kronosaurus was 30-35 feet.

Basilosaurus could have been 70 -80 feet.

  • @overthere86 basilosaurus grew form 52ft to 70ft

  • @anderzwa

I'll verify, but it seems it could have reached 23 m long.

  • Add snapping turtle

  • megalodon wasn't 68ft where did you find that source it was about 52ft long

  • @anderzwa wiki pedia much?

  • @21mutz yea lolz

  • @anderzwa megalodon was beleived to be between 50 - 140 ft long

  • @TheCKGamer wow 140ft no chance mate at least 68ft is realistic but 140ft is much bigger than a blue whale it just wouldn't happen.

  • @anderzwa sorry i meant 75 big defferance but thats what i looked up

  • @TheCKGamer lolz yea at least thats reasonable ... I still don't think it grew to 75ft but at least it's not 140 XD

  • @anderzwa :) Yeah

  • @anderzwa

52 feet is outdated. it is an estimate from 1996 based on a 6,3 inches tooth. But there are 7,5 inches teeth existing which indicate much larger specimen, 60-70 feet in lenght.

  • @overthere86 I just did some research about what you said and you might be right because all prehistoric life estimates are not always accurate but my conclusion after this is that I still think it was not that large.

  • @anderzwa

Recent fossils evidence does not indicate that. Most of the fossil shark experts actually indicate 60-70 feet lenght for C.megalodon. See also Pimiento et al, in 2010. Look at the wiki page of Megalodon which is a very good and worked article with many sources.

  • @overthere86 sorry could you please show me a web site or anything where you got this data I'm curious.

  • @anderzwa

We can't write web links on youtube. But go on google documents, and check the paleobiology of the great white shark for see the works and method of estimate lenght and body mass of macropredatory sharks from Gottfried in 1996.

Then, there are many sources showing 7 inches or more Meg teeth. The problem is that these specimen are from private collections, so not studied by experts. But many contacts with paleontologists by email have hinted me about Megalodon size.

  • add the tuna and swordfish too

  • add the collossal squid . please

  • For the fourth version, u should add Sarcosuchus, Deinosuchus, Stethacanthus, Hybodus, and some sea scorpions.

  • what about dinosaurs ha

  • You didn't include Shonisaurus, the largest predator of all time...

  • wrong blue whale is not the that big comparred to everything

  • @21eshaan The Blue Whale in this video doesnt even represent the largest individual; lengths of 33m (108ft) have been reported. An animal that size would be well over TWICE the size (mass, the only true way to measure size) of Livyatan, Carcharocles (Megalodon) and the modern Sperm Whale.

@animalwarz The Liopleurodon here is twice the length it should be; Liopleurodon was about the same length (and mass) as a large Great White.

  • add Cretoxyrhina

  • Speermwhale=junkiecompared to megladon

  • Giant squid

  • We really have no idea how large megalodon was. Almost certainly larger than the whale shark, but bigger than a sperm whale? Unlikely. Certainly not as a species average.

  • put shonisaurus 75ft,cretoxyrhina 24ft and deniosaushus 50ft

  • lipurodon is predator x is everyone stupid?

  • Wrong! Tiger sharks are not bigger than great whites and lipurodon is 80 feet long

  • Megaladons are bigger then blue whales...

  • @KHfanz No they aren't. Nothing is bigger than the blue whale.

  • @SolidSnakeRules Really? I coulda sworn that either the Megalodon or the Leviathan melvillei was larger then the blue whale... huh guess i was mistaken.

  • no offense but that sucks

  • k you can put the Burj Khalifa in now

  • Needs some Ichthyosaurs like Shonisaurus sikanniensis at 69ft and Temnodontosaurus at 40ft. The Giant Orthocone may not be accurately sized, and merits the inclusion of the Giant and Colossal Squid. Humpback Whales would be a good addition as well. Dunkyleosteus should be 33ft.

  • The Meg could kill any creature in the world 1 on 1

  • @noah234511 the funny thing is that doesnt really apply to Sperm Whales or their ancestors because they traveled in packs so they didnt fuck with sperm whales unless they were alone in which case it would be a fight most likely

  • why don't you add a fin whale or a goblin shark

  • Argentinosaurus

  • you should add a liopleurodon those things are huge

  • is there a predator A

  • Comment removed

  • @cjtovey I thought leedsychthys was at least 78ft

  • add basking shark

  • @LAlaker007 lol the thing looks so funny

  • add gaint squid

  • @cicero60804 Giant squid? Bah! No match for mother Russia's collosal squid!

  • what is the pliseosaur like 66ft long thing on the top?

  • the giant orthocone is freakin creepy!

  • can you put the livyatan melvillei?

  • add shonisaurus and dienosuchus

  • Shonisaurus

  • leedsic MIGHT be just a LITTLE BIT bigger.

  • add Shonisaurus~

  • mate, if u do a search u would see that the Leedsichthys wasn't even close to 80 feet long. just thought id let u know

  • damn nature....you scary

  • you should add leviathan whale

  • You should add the macroplata

  • basilosaurus was 80 ft

  • add these beasts: nile cocodrile, giant squid, plesiosaurus, kraken, shonisaurus, tusotheutis, tylosaur, cretoxyrhina, protostega, styxosaurus, dolichorhynchops, hesperonis............................ and the sea dragon..... please add them

  • nile crocodile

  • Lol at the diver. Also the Megalodon has the strongest bite force out of all those sea creatures.

  • salgo rebien en la foto :D

  • YO I WAS WATCHING WIERD OR WHAT AND IT SAID PREDATOR X WAS BIGGER THEN THE BLUE WHALE

  • @neezyflames no shit sherlock

  • Make Liopleurodon 9000 feet cause he's a BEAST

  • @SILENTHAWX THAT IS WAY TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BIG!!!!!

  • Could u add the Giant Squid please :)

  • How about human

  • i think everyone is hitting on liopluredon its wasnt that small it was bigger than elasmasaurus some historians like my brother studies ancient sea monsters they can grow up to atleast 53 ft the 33ft was a mistake by a amatuer palientologist it was really a juevenile lio

  • @transformantor09 no meg was 100 otherwise how could lio be 80?

  • Megalodon's size estimates are extremely faulty. They are based on the premise that the scale of Great White teeth to body size is identical to the Megalodon's. While this may be true, we have no actual evidence as such. Megalodon is more likely to be smaller and have a larger tooth to body mass; several other modern sharks have much larger tooth to body mass ratios, but this is ignored due to rule of cool.

  • @MediaBoyz09 the megalodon was the biggest carniverious fish ever not the biggest thing ever

  • @MNJGiants121

Its da biggest KNOWN fish. Leedsichthys has been recently estimated 2 be 9 m (liston & noe, 2004), while da biggest known carcharocles is estimated 2 be 17 m (pimiento et al, 2010)

  • since when were tiger sharks bigger then great whites?

  • @celtic889 no problem. I actually have it already in a new size comparison but I haven't posted it

  • @animalwarz what the fuck is this dude, megalodon was 100 feet long and blue whale is 108 feet long

  • This image makes me think that we, humans, would be easily raped by this titans if it wasn't for our intelligence.

  • hey dude can you make kronosaurus vs liopleurodon?

  • Ok, since when was a Tiger shark the size of JAWS????

  • oetnato dura ese video es tan solo imagen

  • Aww the human looks so cute!
