  • i am a fan of this solo, you do it really great, my only advice i would say, is slow it down a little more in the slow part, and just let it go, this is such a great solo, hope you didn't mind me saying

  • @vanhalen515084 I don't mind at all, I appreciate anyone taking the time to comment. This version is off Strangers In The Night so I merely copied the tempo from that version, when I play the track live I too slow this section down more than they do but I wanted to replicate the solo as it appears on the album. Real nice solo to play.

  • man i need to get the tabs

  • That tone is exactly like Schenker's! Can you describe the equipment that you used?

  • @osassamutema Hi, yeah I use a Gibson Flying V (X Factor) through a JVM Marshall 100w head, all settings on 10 except volume, guitar volume is around 6 I do hold the pick so there is just the tip showing which adds to the tone. Thanks!

  • HOLY CRAP, That was EXCELLENT!

  • i prefer the solo of let it roll from the force it albumn ,but nice job

  • Awesome

  • Nice Dave. How about "Pack it up an go".

  • Not a track I play for fun, but remind me and I'll give it a go.

  • Looking forward to Try Me when you find the time!

  • Just excellent - I almost hear it as if it were Michael. Fantastic interpretation with real depth of tone and perfect timing to my ear as a SITNer of 32 years standing!

  • Cheers John, that's very much appreciated!

I'll get Try Me up this weekend specifically for you.
