A crowbar isn't a weapon. It's a tool. Sure it can be used as a weapon but the weighting is all wrong to use it effectively. Have you any experience fighting with a crowbar? Or even hitting a skull with one. I wouldn't bet your life on something just because Max Brooks told you.

if you say a crowbar aint a weapon, or at least not an effective one, you obviously either havent used one as a weapon or you really sucked with it when you tried, but if you can break through wooden beams or a 2x6 with a crowbar, a skull is gunna break like a pinata, ("tested");)

@SluggoNick Ever used one to actually fight? I mean hitting a moving target here. Just because you can smash some wood doesn't mean it's an effective fighting tool. The centre of gravity is all wrong, it has nowhere to comfortably hold it and recovering it after you've smashed it into a skull will be tricky and cumbersome.

The crowbar? You are kidding me, right? Sure it can smash a skull, but unless you sacrifice the lengths (and therefore momentum) it's a bloody heavy thing, if this actually happened, you'd find me with a milsurp bolt action, bayonet (preferably the pig-sticker variety) fixed.

@poik12 the crowbar may be heavy, but it is superioir because of its pracitcal uses, as well as its uses as a weapon. How would you pry open a door or remove a board barricade with a bayonet?

NestRest & Tree Tents. Are WAY over priced. Google: portaledge // I recommend a double w/ fly. Not only good for rock climbing but, trees or the side of high raise buildings.

Glowbar. Zombie attractor. Almost a silent versionas of ringing the dinner bell by shooting a gun. A fun weapon might be the gravity gun from halflife 2. Smashing cars into a horde or picking up a zombie and tossing it in the air.
