that's an extremely annoying and popular comment about metal like this, "everythings amazing but the vocals" or something. the vocals are incredibly hard to do, especially in an aggressive, consistent, and sometimes melodic tone. it's even harder for a woman, naturally. people might not get it but it takes a lot of work, and meshes in with the rest of the band quite well
