Just so you know Paul didn't get zero votes however he didn't get enough to stay on the ballot the second round of voting. And in the first round of voting Mitt won... So go figure.

He got zero 'votes' because in the first round he didn't get enough to be among the top 3 vote-getters, so he didn't contest the second round and then in a deal with Huck's people he got 3 delegates to help Huck beat Mitt.

A large number of people at the convention were just supporters and volunteers (including myself), not delegates. They didn't have a vote. But you are correct, had all these people had a vote, Ron Paul would have won.

This is more like an election before the real election. In the real election, yes, it's one vote for president per American. However, for the Republican party nomination in West Virginia (where this was filmed), delegates are elected in each county to go to the state convention and cast their vote for who they want to see campaign in the real election. WV's delegates to the national Republican convention are then assigned to vote for whoever wins this primary election.

I agree with you, but it will get better "just enough" for people to get back into their routines, like when Clinton was in office and the ecomony and jobs were up. The changes you are talking about are too extreme for people to follow; most just want to make a decent living and not pay high enegry prices. But keep in mind, generations have been screaming about how their government is about to fall for a long time.

I don't think vote fraud is as outrageous as we think, I think they use it more for social engineering, the candidates are stacked, so all they have to do is lesson Paul's impact. siphon off a few votes, prop up another candidate a little, but not a big enough discrepancy to upset the masses. Paul's campaign stated they'll do what supporters want, so I urge fellow Paulites to push Paul to now run as Libertarian Candidate. (Convention in May & they've asked Paul to be nominee.)

Hey if we don't get a president, we still have a hero. The sad thing is you have to be pretty smart to get where he is coming from, and curious enough to figure it out. It seems like that amounts to a small percentage of us.
