Remember, the GD were almost always a little off. In fact, I don't think I've ever seen them do a TV appearance that didn't have some little fuck-up.

The performances from playboy at night through SNL and Letterman are all problematic.

Give these guys a fucking break. Besides FOTD is a GD song not just a Jerry song. Would you criticize Hunter for singing it?

dude, there are MANY PATHs and we all cant be so cool to travel your wise path of knowing good from bad. These guys are playing music for living breathing people TODAY. your path is in the past. I saw Jerry 180 times, and while my love will never fade away, i am here now. I am glad young kids still get into this music, and I am very grateful THE BOYS as we call THEM (not just him), keep the music from ever stopping. Look, I saw hundreds of shows, and if I am correct, Phil and Bobby played in EVERY show the Dead ever played, we're not talking about the Jerry Garcia Band here.
