I am not sure, they sound different but it could be the same guy. On the LPs it only said Mats Leven. I know hes a singer, hes been working with Yngwie Malmsteen. But he sounds totaly different there too. In general, AB/CD never really were serious with their music (wich is sad) so he changed his voice a lot to sound like a funny version of Brian Johnson. If they didnt to that, they'd be rockstars now...
