Yes. They broke up in the season 7 finale "Raisins"&ever since then have been broken up. "Follow that Egg" was the only time after that where you learned they had feelings for eachother still hanging around (but you didn't need an episode to know that). In the season 11 finale "The List" is where Stan&Wendy get back together. They have to work together&toward the end realized how much they liked hanging out again. So from the very, very end of season 11 to the present, they've been together.
