okay here it comes: will they drop random armor if you kill monster and there is more than one kind of armor for every lvl like in WoW.

there is definately all kinds of armors that drop of monsters, and you can loot players some times and get loot that way too. And there are lots of different sets of armor too.

yes many different types of armor drop from monsters.

On one guys video, while in open RvR he looted a purple from a player

but please note the loot that will occasionally drop from players does NOT come from their bags, they do not lose anything, as far as i am aware it is just placed there by the game.
