:-/ With the mouse one's rocket jumps can be much more agile than with the console controllers. If you duck at the same time as jumping, your rocket propels you further, another maneuver tricky to pull off with a console controller.

@CommFT not exactly tricky to crouch jump and shoot at the same time, pretty much everyone on console can do that

but you are right, since we cant turn as fast as someone with a mouse :(

@CommFT just set your controls to hold to crouch. tap the crouch button and do a rocket jump its just that easy. we can jump just as good as the pc players can.

It's because these were recorded as demo videos in Source Recorder as a spectator, so when you are spectator you normally have that bar at the bottom that says who you are following, but now the bar is gone, so the arms look longer and out of place.

Incorrect. I purposely set the viewmodel_fov to 70 because I think it looks better than the default. I forgot to compensate for the amplified viewmodel_fov in Jaeger's SourceTV clip though, resulting in the weapon being even farther away then intended.

@Virtuson direct hit is banned this season because it came out midseason, and its just policy not to introduce unlocks midseason since theres no guarantee that everyone has asccess to them.

fan isnt widely used in competitive play; its better in 1v1, especially with other scouts, but inferior in overall killing power. every now and then youll see an upper level scout pull out the fan, but in general its scatter all the way
