Pegazus are a great one. They're leaning more towards NWOBHM style but still have alot of Power Metal influances.

Same can be said for Hammerfall and Helloween.

Stormwarrior and Gaia Epicus are great bands with fast rythems. And lets not forget Manowar who are Symphonic Power metal and are just amazing!

Power Quest are a great band too. A little softer than other Power Metal bands, but very catchy at the same time. Look at my faves list for more.
