After anout 6 days, on day 7 on its own the cyst made a hole the perimiter of a pinky and just leaked on its own then i drained it and it neer came back again thaank god. So i avoided incisiion sergury and all the packing stuff.

i had one, the only way to have it removed permanently is for them to scoop out all the infected flesh. They use a razor sharp ice cream type scoop. You get left with a hole that has to be packed with linen until it heals, nasty.

The hairs get almost infected you could say, and a cyst develops on your tailbone .....the most painful that has ever happened to me. There are alot of nerves at the base of your tailbone where these hairs are so when the cyst develops it puts pressure on these nerves causing emence pain....

i feel ur pain bro. i battle pilonidal cyst disease too or pain in the ass disease as i call it hahahahha. u can put a heat pad on it for awhile. it boils that shit up and pops on its own. mine flared like a month ago. did the heat pad thing n woke up with madd pus discharge in my ass crack. it was awsome.

i Had one the size of a large chicken egg and had several smaller ones surrounding it when my doctors was numming mines up i didnt make a sound, i was lucky mines was about to burst and it was deep very close to my tailbone the doctors told me i was lucky and if i hadnt come to the er that night i could have died from blood poisoning, you cant sit down it serious pain

I was poppin Ibuprofen like candy thats how mine popped on its own. i wouldnt feel it anymore when i sat down so i wud sit on it lay on it everything but the thing is when it popped my gf was sleeping next to me, so i woke up that morning and was like "Ewww wats that smell" thinkin it was my gf but i positioned myself a different way in the bed and my ass felt wet so i stuck my finger between my ass crack and felt all the warm puss, I looked at my finger and instead of disgust i felt relief

@jswagger101 i swear to god last nite i was in pain so much i decided to look this up and i read your comment and took your advice, i took 2 800mg ibuprofen's and smoked some blunts and before you know it my cyst popped and now im here telling you my story this morning sitting on my painless ass hahaha..you're advice is the best available, i went thru the same shit of my friends smelling it but i was around the corner from my house so i was jus happy the pain went away 98% now the cut just hurts

I had one of those in the same exact spot and i was too fuckin scared to get the needle in it cuz it hurt soo fuckin bad so she gave me this spray to numb it and I was jus soo scared that i didnt kno it jus numbed the top of my skin but felt everything wen my doctor cut under my skin omg!!!! i never cried of mercy in my whole life, i shud of got the needle so i didnt feel it as much but it was all natural pain!! goshh i pray i wont get that again, it aint nuttin to joke around wit! lol
