Its on a CD album called 'MANSA' by The Super Rail Band fro Mali.

The whole album is brilliant, and the version of MANSA on there (last track) is an absolute knock out.

Djelimady Tounkara was their leader, songwriter and guitarist.

Its available on the net, so perhaps try googleing it.

Outstanding performer. He has adapted a totally Malian traditional sound to the electric guitar, making great use of both.
