@Vixykins yup, I find it pretty weird that here coppers will stop squids and give them a good talk about propper gear (can't really send home since only compulsory gear is a helmet) and in US you can see coppers riding in T-shirtd and trousers that looks like they gonna tear on first contact with ground...

Yikes!!! It's scary watching this. It's bad enough when experienced riders don't wear the proper gear. Besides, the jackets are pretty cool looking.

Is there a restrictions on your motorcycle when your first learning to ride in the states? Cause over here in Aus bikes are limited and learners or new riders would def not be able to get an r6.

@ExiasRevenger Might be a late reply, but no you take 2-3 day MSF course. than you can do what ever the F^ you want... Please start out on something small tho! I DID!

@TheAntiAss No problem better late than never. Damn, I wish restrictions over here weren't so harsh. Yea I am definantly looking at a 250, I am a little shorter so any bigger bike is hard for me to reach the ground on. If you don't mind what is the minimum age to get the lisence over there cause over here is 18 minimum. what bike did you start on?

@ExiasRevenger You can get a motorcycle endorsement when your 16 - I live in Florida By the way. - I got mine when I was 17. this recent summer. I turn 18 in January. I actually ride a GS500f model naked. Its Kinda heavy, IM a light weight guy only coming in around 125-130lbs at 5'8. I think the best thing to do, is not buy something that is fancy, but something that works.. I dropped by bike 3 times so far, and barley had it for a month. Tho, Its when I tried to move it off the bike each time.
