  • all the peacefulness....quite soothing. now this is the part where you console command and make 5 Ancient Dragons and turn on God Mode...OH YEAH! :P

  • huh... i looked in the hd setting.. is Original better than 1080p?

  • Screw XBOX.

  • Im having lagging problems even on low settings. This is my specs:

    i5 core

    Radeon HD 6450

    6GB RAM

    1TB hard drive space

  • i have ps3 version but it seems like skyrim should be played on pc

  • i was bummed out that i didnt have a ps3 or xbox so i couldnt skyrim with but now that i realize theres a pc version :)))))

  • Jesus christ man. Imagine the next Fallout...

  • This game looks pretty boring. Nothing happens...

  • @SPUNKKK Boring? You must be new to the Elder Scrolls series than...

  • I am infinitely jealous :(

  • After 2 years of hard work and saving I am finally getting my gaming pc.Not top of the class but good enough to play today's games.:P

  • running windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit also if that helps

  • If im in Riften, i get quite low fps (Like 15-20). When im in markarth, i get very low fps as well (15-20) Sometimes in different caves or places ill hit 15-20 also. I assume this game requires a very very good graphics card to maintain a stable 60 fps at ALL times. I have quite a top-of-the line graphics card, and I still am hitting lower fps' at times.

  • @Rock4lifedude3 your processor could be the problem

  • I currently have a AMD Athlon 640 II x4 3.0 GHz, 8 GB DDR3, EVGA Geforce 560 ti fpb 1 GB GDDR5, and when i run at the absolute highest settings possible (everything the same as you accept its 1920x1080 not 1200) and most times if im running around outside, i will get 20-60 fps, if im in caves or houses, its usually 35-60. I see you sometimes get kind of low on fps at times outside. I'm wondering if i overclocked it, would it greatly enhance my fps? 850 Core clock, 1701 Shader, 2502 Memory Clock.

  • oh my fucking god!!!

  • wish i had a gameing pc :(

  • Can I run it? Intel® Core™ i5 3.30GHz, 4gb of ram, AMD Radeon HD 6350, 512MB of video memory.

  • @Molo6899 every pc can play skyrim at lowest settings ... But i suppose that should play on med to max depending on the resolution you play :)

  • @MagiicalRooney the computer and monitor i am getting have HDMI ports would this let me play in HD? (Im a PC noob)

  • @Molo6899 If your monitor is Full HD , yes.

  • @MagiicalRooney Why would it have to be full HD? 720p is still considered HD even if it's not full HD.

  • @jeppeps3360 720p is HD yeah, i just said it to the max.. full hd monitors aren't that expensive and you can get 1080p with that. 720p still looks hot don't get me wrong ...

  • Skyrim on PC is good and bad. The fact that you can install mods to make the game look and play better is the good part. The bad part is...once you install those mods the game becomes more addicting than it already is.

  • what about this on. it's a lap top

    Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU P8400 @ 2,26Ghz

    4 GB RAM

    32bit

    NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT

    cheers

  • @oggieboogie84 you should be pretty good with that. maybe medium settings it would run well.

  • on skyrim pc can you use the wireless reciever so you dont need to controll using the keyboard

if you can it would be cool because it would have better detail than on console but your still using console controlls

    Please reply!!!

  • Is my computer good enough to run Skyrim on med/high settings?

    Radeon HD 5750

    Pentium Dual-Core 3.2GHz

  • @Heroes19991 I guess, but you should soon consider upgrading :D

  • @Heroes19991 Check my videos....I'm playing with a dual core 2.8 ghz, radeon 1600 pci-e x16 card. You can definitely run the game if I can run it with these specs. If I set the detail/shadows to low, I can set textures, radial blur quality, and decal quantity to high with a resolution of 1152x720 and get decent FPS. That way the game plays well and still looks good. Then if you use FXAA, you can just do without AA or AF to get better FPS. Until I get a better card I'll play like this.

  • Hey Sorry if this is off topic but do you think this computer is good enough to run skyrim at a good framerate :

    HP pavillion slimline s5000

    RAM: 6gb

Processor: AMD Athlon II quad core 3.00Ghz

  • @MegaCowBLAM

    probably not mate :/

  • I got this game on ps3,however, i also want skyrim for pc due to modding benefits, will skyrim run efficently with these specifications?

    4GB RAM

    P2600 processor 2.13 GHz (2 CPUs)

    Intel HD Graphics card

  • @TheMufc187 Also, my laptop is running on windows 7 and is 64 bit if that's useful info

  • @TheMufc187 My laptop has very similar specs, and can run skyrim fine in low quality (Which still looks brilliant)

  • @MrAndyJ19 Thanks!!!!

  • @TheMufc187 once you say intel and graphics in the same phrase, you know that your game will lag like a bitch... sorry but get a real video card if you want to run games.

  • @ibanez0830 do you know what type of video card will be suitable and cost effective for running this game as i don't wanna end up buying a shit one or a really expensive one?

  • @TheMufc187 well Radeon makes some really nice budget video cards if you check out AMD's site. Find one that is the right amount of power for the right price. Nvidia will tend to have more premium priced cards.

  • THE GRAPHICS SHOULD BE MORE DETAILED AND COULD HAVE MORE SPECIAL EFFECTS...

  • @distortionCAST For one, caps is not needed, people will probably notice your comment do to you being a complete moron. I don't know if you noticed, but Skyrim is an open world game. The view distance is insane, and the game looks amazing. They really cannot do much more with the graphics. The game is hard on the Xbox and PC as it is. You're a fucking idiot.

  • damnit, now I hate my ps3 version

  • if only some sort of multiplayer option id purchase this game

  • @MaDGriZz78 Agreed..but i would still get it!!! xDDD

  • @MaDGriZz78 dont be a skeptic trust me this game is amazing the way it is

  • @MaDGriZz78 Game is perfect without multiplayer.

  • @MaDGriZz78

Nah, Skyrim is fine with its single-player. Its a huge world and all but look what multiplayer did to Fable.

  • @MaDGriZz78 There is a online mod in development :o

  • @MaDGriZz78 I'd get it on the PC for multiplayer. :D

  • @MaDGriZz78 Someone is working on a mod that allows online multiplayer.

  • are the controles easy for this game and can u use a controler?

  • @YearOfLunatics Can you use a controller? Of course, it was designed from the ground up to be used on whatever platform you can run on your PC. The controls are going to take you a while to learn in their entirety, Skyrim is a huge and deep game that goes way beyond simple gameplay. It takes a lot of time to learn what the world is all about.

  • This game looks even more beautiful on PC.

  • Incredible....just incredible. Possibly the best looking game since Crysis and Battlefield 3 and The Witcher 2. I have this on xbox and I am just...so jealous.

  • Mages are so much more fun than soldiers.

  • no DX11 sweetness here , basically a PC will just get 1080p instead of 720p and you will have greater detail and further distance detail outside (less pop ups) also quicker load times and higher fps. I surprised it looks so good on consoles and upset it does not look better on pc.

sager 8150 laptop with 2 ghz sandybridge

    16 gb ram

    120 tb ssd

Ati 6990m with 2 GB DDR 5 dedicated ram

    1080p 95%gamut display

  • A little help anyone?

Can this PC play most games on high/max graphics?

    AMD FX-6100 6x 3.30GHz

    ATI Radeon HD 6870

    8 GB RAM

    1 TB Hard Drive

  • @Zayne285 most definitely :)

  • The game made it run on low and i have serious lag and audio/visual sync issues. Has anyone else had any of those?

  • can I run the game on my pc?

    I have:

    Ram 2GB

    32 bits

    6700@ 2,66Ghz 2,67 Ghz

    2CPU or something

    thats all I can see

  • @000Z9A problably on low settings, perhaps medium

  • @liambloemendaal ok thanks :d is it worth buying the game for low settings on pc or should I buy it on ps3 then? (I like playing this kinda games on pc the most)

  • @000Z9A a friend of mine played it on low settings because he had about the same specs as you, ofcourse it doesnt look as good as on very high quality, but you shouldnt buy a game on how it looks, I think its worth buying the game if you go for gameplay and it still looks cool on low

  • How do you change it to third person view on PC!?

  • @HalfTimesTwo scroll down with your mouse wheel, or F.

  • @ThePCRampage Got it, thanks. :)

  • The game should look even better when i'm playing it..right? I mean because of the rendering for YouTube it looses the quality of the actual game play. This game will look amazing:D Thanks for posting this!

  • The nature and stuff looks nice but the graphics isn't really that good. I hoped that you would need to have a really good computer to be able to play this game on the maxed out settings but you don't. This is just my personall opinion!!!!!

  • Time to buy a gaming pc!!!!!!!

To anyone that's wondering the game will PLAY on an old Radeon HD 4530m on an core2duo w low to med settings, but to actually max it at 1080p you need a Radeon 6950 or Geforce 560ti

  • @RagingSwimmer i want too..u think alienware m17 x is good?

  • @Pharmit24 The alienwares are usually on the expensive side for what you get, but they are usually really well built and look epic

If you want a laptop this one is about the best value for gaming out there laptops from ASUS are supposed to be pretty good or if your feelin hardcore you can build a ridiculous desktop for under $1500 that will destroy this game

  • @RagingSwimmer you dont actually need to buy a gaming pc just buy a good graphics card a fan and download gboost much cheaper

  • i tried to play original my pc said "brummmmmmmmmmmgagagagagaga"

  • Can I run it maxed out? 2nd Gen intel core i7, Nvidia geoforce 540 gtm, 8gb of ram?

  • this aint no PC

  • Can i run it maxed out?

    AMD phenom x6 1090t

    8gb ram

    Geforce gtx 560ti

  • @jordanfarrell1996 probably

  • X-Box used to be great... then it took a PC in the knee

  • @forkaren100 lol nice try mate

  • @koch3256 lol

  • @koch3256 now to find forkaren100s comment.....

  • my pc cant even run skyrim without giant pixels everywhere

  • bro whats your computer specs?

  • where is the pc specs please

  • wtf fuck is original quality, is that like all the Pixels combined ????

  • @ShabazDraee it's like if you were actually playing Skyrim through this video

  • @Fenyx125Sparks clearly you don't have a full hd monitor or you would not say that

  • @ShabazDraee lmfao

  • @ShabazDraee It's 1440p

  • @ShabazDraee Any resolution above 1080p(or 1080p without Youtube ruining the quality)

  • @ShabazDraee That is pretty much what the guy who was recording saw. So...its like being at his screeen and watching exactly what he saw, sort to speak.

  • @ShabazDraee Its so that it almost looks like you are playing it yourself

  • @ShabazDraee go fullscreen its much better

  • @ShabazDraee Its the best quality that it can get...I'm guessing by the name, like what it would look on screen if you were really there...

  • @ShabazDraee haha that is what the ''uploader'' sees when he plays the game

  • @ShabazDraee its recorded in 1920x1200

    thats the original resolution

  • @ShabazDraee first play it on 1080p and fullscreen then put it on original and fullscreen and you'll see the difference...

  • what kind of GPU do you have

  • THanks for taking the time to do this. Despite the negative press this game looks really good. The graphics look *ok*, but graphics in a game are not everything.

  • Chuck Norris want his PC back ;/

  • What screen recorder did you use?

  • I was expecting this to blow my mind. I paused Uncharted 3 to watch it. Five minutes in, I realized two awesome things: 1) I'm already 60 hours into Skyrim and didn't know those stones were there. 2) Uncharted 3 looks better than this game.

  • i've been a console gamer but would like to switch to PC starting with Skyrim.

I have an XPS M1530 with the following specs:

    Windows Vista 64-bit

Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T8100 (2.1Ghz/800Mhz FSB, 3MB Cache)

4GB Shared Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz

    DirectX 11

    128MB NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS

I know the recommended specs but what will i need to run at ultra?

I am fairly new to PC so any advice and recommendations will be very much appreciated.

  • @MTheGrimZ

Ok, so basically what you have right now won't be able to run shit. I recommend a complete overhaul. Also, DirectX 11 isn't a part...

  • @MTheGrimZ

Starting out with the most important, your GPU.

128mb Vid mem is not gonna work. I recommend nvidia for now, their more stable for a upgrade from that. Also are you upgrading from a branded computer like acer and dell or your custom computer. If its branded you might also need a power supply.

Honestly though I would recommend starting from scratch.

  • @ccaian1 It is a Dell Laptop. With an upgrade to my video card could i make my PC perform better than a console? Simply put i would like to play on PC because they perform on a higher level than consoles but don't want it to cost me a great deal more. Thanks for your help.

  • @MTheGrimZ

Laptop? Get a rig dude, could even cost less than 500-600 dollars if you get it just right. I laptop isn't really right for gaming. Even an i7 laptop won't do so would. Go to a computer shop, buy parts ( I recommend Corsair ) then assemble it into a PC. I'm not really a professional, sorry, try asking on a forum on the recommended specs of your custom computer that required to play skyrim on high-ultra

  • @MTheGrimZ updating a laptop is kinda silly. i saw your spec of your laptop and you will half to spend over 1000$ to be-able to run the game on ultra. the best advice would be is go to a computer store ( NOT bestbuy ext) and ask them to build a comp at your price range. most computers will be able to run this game better then any console but to run the game on ultra you need a really nice gaming rig. the only reason you should get a good comp is so you dont have to update for 5 years

  • How the hell are you people running this gam at Ultra when my computer has more horse power and i avrage at 25-45 fps...... 2xHD6990 and a i7 2600K

  • @VicViperXxXxX

Something is wrong then, raw power isn't everything. What is your PSU, mobo and how many RAM do you have? Your HDD? Try removing the extra 6990, i don't even think skyrim can use it anyway. Try defragging your com and fully optimize the drive with iObit's smart defrag.

  • @ccaian1 Thank you for your reply, I found the issue. It was ither Cap4 or Catalyst 11.11c that fixed the problem . i installed both at the same time ... Stright 60FPS now on maxed out settings

  • @VicViperXxXxX

    Wtf LOL

shouldn't you have already done that :P

  • PC master race

  • and then he downloaded mods...the word ended

  • Haha i agree blunper

  • 9800GT is running skyrim at ultra high :)

  • I wish world of warcraft had this graphic, but I don't think it would be nice in 25 mans raids... Haha.

  • i would kill for that pc D:

  • @trishkaishi A simple yes or no would suffice. I saw times where the camera zoomed out of first person but it wasn't for any substantial length of time.

  • nice

  • Is there a way to play this game out of first person perspective? I don't like not seeing my character and the area around him at all times...

  • @TexasRho83 did you even watched the video?

  • I compared this video at 1080p to the PS3 gameplay on my vizio which i have tuned and calibrated the shit out of, running the game at 720p and it looks pretty much the same, tho the textures on prison bars and stuff is not as detailed on my PS3. they look flat and boxy. Do they look like that on a PC?

  • Will this run smoothly on a asus n55sf with Intel core i7-2630qm 2.0-2.9ghz, 6gb ram and nividia geforce gt555m-2gb?

  • @dutchPowerhouse you should be able to run it just fine.

  • Will this run o

  • my GT 220 can run this in Max..

  • Getting me a MSI N560GTX Twin Frozer ii for this, along with 4GB Ram :D

    Cant wait to play!

  • Crysis 2 still lags me more

  • HOW MANY TIME FOR THE LOADING PLEASE

  • i know this is a wierd request but my brother and i both share a pc copy of this game and he wants to have the achievements dedicated to just him (we share a single account but have different saves if that makes sense). So i was wondering if there is a way to disable achievements while i play and them have them reenable when he plays...if i use a console command and then turn it off will it still disable achievements for that save? or is there an easier way? please let me know. thanks :3

  • @wiisrock87 yea use console commands just press the ` button it disables trophies because you can spawn items, resurrect people, turn god mod on etc.

  • Just got my new PC. Can max out skyrim with like 60 fps. I jizzed. Crysis is downloading right now. I think this is the last thing from me anyone will ever read.

  • @TheLotharx What about Mario Bros? Can your system run it without lagging?

  • @TheLotharx your comment made me laugh. I am getting my new pc soon ..

what computer specs did you get? do you mean crysis 2 or just crysis?

  • @TheLotharx lol

  • @TheLotharx my computer can run Skyrim on max but for some reason it can only run CRysis on like medium... what type of computer did you buy?

  • @skigod07 I got a Cyberpower Blackpearl, and when customizing it I went all out with duel Nvidia 580's and everything, not giving a shit about the price. It ended up being $2,500, and lucky me it was able to be covered as a business expense! And I'm not surprised it can max out skyrim but not crysis. Crysis is old, but still one of the most graphically taxing games out there. And, *ahem, I hate to admit this, but every now and then while I'm playing it, it crashes my whole system :( idk why.

  • An arrow to the knee ruined my life...

  • I use to go on nature hikes like you, but then I took an arrow to the knee...

  • I have made 10 + characters because I want to be everybody!!! So many ways to play... so many things to do... so many places to visit and so many people to be. I'm addicted.

  • uh, Wow

  • I'm so anxious, the next friday I going to buy a new pc with a HD 6550d and I going to play this game with the maximun settings!

  • @1vaaaan I play on a gtx 580 and have to play at about medium settings so you might want to think about a higher upgrade.

  • @zerofender You have a gtx 580, and you have to play at medium? I'm definitely not an expert on this subject, however, i have a gtx 550 and i play ultra settings with medium shadows. I only get about 40-50fps. Your 580 should be capable of playing on higher settings... or maybe i'm just stupid.

  • @MyObscureReality

Some people have had weird performance on some newer games. I could not run BF3 after the first patch (ran perfrectly at mid-high) but the second one fixed it. However, there is a program I think is called "Battlefield 3 Borderless" and it helped a lot. I know they have a Skyrim version too. I think anyone having weird performance should pick it up for either game. The guy who suggested BF3 Borderless says the Skyrim one works well for his friend.

  • @1vaaaan have fun this game is epic!! I can only run on medium though :(

  • i'd be suprised if this game doesn't sell more pc's thou, the amount of hours you of your life you waste on this game! why would a console owner not want to upgrade?!? the xbox pad works the same

  • do you guys have any idea if i can run it on a pentium 4 at 3.46 ghz , 1 gb of ram , nvidia 7600 gs 512 mb ? i know it's a poor system but i really like this game and i was wondering if it would run smoothly on very very low settings

  • @armeanu73 Just get it for console, it looks terrible on low settings. At least it looks nice on the Xbox 360

  • @MrDontSmokeKids The console version has same graphic as playing on low on you computer

  • @armeanu73 Your CPU and RAM kill you, and probably the video. You can get new machines real cheap that can run it. Dual-core CPU, 2.0 GHz or faster 2 GB RAM DirectX 9.0c video card with 512 MB RAM 6 GB HDD space Windows XP/Vista/7 [32 or 64-bit] Internet access for Steam activation And the recommended spec: Quad-core CPU 4 GB RAM DirectX 9.0c video card with 1 GB RAM - GTX 260/Radeon 4890 or higher 6 GB HDD space Windows XP/Vista/7, internet access, etc.
  • even the youtube video lags on my system..

  • @Admiralex91 mines not

  • my computer CRASHED when i tryed this...

  • for some reason the water on my skyrim looks like its stuck on medium, same with shadows!

  • @HeytoyoubudiV2 What card you have? Could be shader modeling.

  • @777pulse777 Actually it seemed to fix itself.... partially. it runs fine for 2 hours or so, then glitches out again for the rest of the session.

  • I have a Samsung 100hz tv, if you set the tv scan to smooth ist like playing skyrim with 60fps, apart form the odd stutter.... Xbox 360 btw. Give it a go....cheers

  • I play this on an 8800gt, dual core amd x2, the enemies magically appear a certain distance haha

  • Imperial Scum!

  • Co lepsze łucznik czy Wojownik

  • i get about 30-35fps on these settings which is pretty decent

  • this is better on ps3 and 360

  • @quest8899

    ...

  • @quest8899 ps3

  • @quest8899 Hahahaha, go troll somewhere else. XD
