I read this story some time ago, but I can't remember how the Robot Steven could punch the other candidate in the nose, breaking the 1st law. I think that explanation was sadly missing from your ending.

Oh, and I wish the robot had been clean shaven. That scraggly goatee looked too un-robot like, IMO.

been a while, here as well. If I remember correctly, the robot steven was being attacked and he defended himself by punching someone. the opposition took that as evidence that he was indeed human, believing that a robot could never commit any act of violent, offensive or defensive.

That's right. And I believe the assault was completely staged for that very purpose. Bringing in all that detail would have made the making of your film significantly more difficult.  What year is this film from, btw?

that will smith crap was something i saw coming in the trailer. Still haven't bothered with it and never will. This is a good effort, though. Don't think hollywood actually understood the book, so thought sod it! Get will smith, and probably micheal bay. morons!!!!
