Scorpions are invertebrates.. they dont have a nervous system becase they are so simply structured, all there insides are jelly moosh contained in a giant hard holding thing which is there form.. This is why its legal to give live insects to animals in some countries but not any other animal such as mice.. its because they cant feel pain where animals with nervous systems can.. they probably dont even know whats going on.. theyre just like 'why cant I move bro?'

@feherb2005 i guarantee you that if scorpions where the size of bears, they wouldn't hesitate to impale you and keep you there till lunch time, i would never eat something while it was moving though, i wouldn't be able to stomach something wiggling down my throat -_-
