They don't need to be all double handed swings if you're doin the workout longer, eg: 15-20 mins. of 1 handed swings, high pulls, snatches, clean/squat/press, and vertical swings (since you use 2 hands for vertical swings do 2 sets in the minute). Try to get through that rotation 3-4 times and you'll be half dead at the end. Even better, try to complete Kenneth Jays Viking Warrior Conditioning workout...thats fuckin hard.

In the original study that Izumi Tabata did with speed skaters, they were reaching 150% of their Vo2 max. I think the term "Tabata" has become too commercialized nowadays. Barely anyone actually does it properly. It is more than just 8 rounds of 20/10 intervals. You have to go all out.
You can use a regular handweight/dumbell for this exercise. I do this exercise all the time in my routines with a dumbbell. The truth is you only need a few basic pieces of equipment for weight training :)
i dont know if you think diet pills are a healthy option. But i have been hearing a lot about a pill called Meridia, and i was wondering if you have heard of it at all and if you have what is your take on this option.. :)
DON'T do this in the direction of fish tanks, windows, TV sets, or the cat. Also, don't do squats after Taco Bell and cabbage night. Trust me on this one.
I absolutely HATE kettlebells! This is kinda fun when your doing it, but next day your hammies will make you feel like you are dying your are so sore!!!
