@localcrew It does cut a taper in the shingle. My grandpa actually has one just like this. When the machine in this video was being restored, my grandpa loaned The owner of the threshers reunion some parts off of his mill so that replicas could be made for this machine.
That's one scary way to cut shingles haha I thought two blades at once was a rush this way looks slow and crazy lol but good on ya keep them shingles flying
