I just watched the condemned for the first time. This is a masterful scene because of the way it evolves. Had someone known where he was and told him, he'd probably have gone straight after him. And the first kill is probably just to make a point and get someone to tell him. But then he gets time to think about all this, he sees all the screens and computers and stuff and realises who these people are. And then he decides to kill the lot of them. You can see the disgust and contempt.
