Alright theories: Many of the inhabitants are still on the island, probably including Claire. Why else would Jack be so intent on going back? Does anyone REALLY think Locke would leave willingly? There's already a fracture in the inhabitants, I believe it will extend to the point where some don't leave the island, Claire being one of them.

I think that Jin and Sun are the other two that make up the lost six. I do not think Aaron counts because he was not born when the plane crashed so he wasn't really a passenger. I think Desmond might make it off the island as well because he too was not a passenger. My theory is that the six who made it off the island had to do something terrible to leave (maybe kill the rest of the survivors) this could be the reason they feel so much guilt.
