If you are curious why she didn't make it on the show just watch her crazy antics. The girl needed to get a grip. Yes, she can sing, but the personality she showed to the judges was way over the top and not suited for a show like American Idol. Maybe she was an actress hired to cause drama on set.

Kris Allen won because he was the protest vote for those who didn't like the fact that Adam Lambert is gay AND that Danny Gokey was eliminated. Allen is nowhere near as good as Tatiana!

Oh my gosh I cannot stand her. She was a complete nut. Nice voice but man, I couldn't stand her. I was hoping that she would get booted off and when she finally did I was so happy...... Then they decided to bring her back..... oh I was livid. Like I said nice voice to much drama and not even her nice voice was worth listening to all the drama that came with it. *Cry* I wanted Danny. Too bad he only made it to number three. I'm glad Kris won though. I'm happy for him.

Very true. She was a complete nut though. And I thought that Adam did well but I had wanted Danny to win like I said, and Adam seemed to have a lot of "False Humility" or at least I thought so, so when Danny left I had wanted Kris to win.

Hmmm that's very true too but I didn't find her annoyingness particularly enjoyable to watch. That's the same with my ma and her friends and everybody we talked to that watched it. They wanted her off. Now her voice is nice but people love cocky people not annoying people and that's all I saw in Tatiana was annoying.

The laughing was only funny to an extant and the crying and begging the judges when she got voted off was too much. On top of it the she decided to pull the accent at the end and that really didn't help her out.

@Katey2004 I have noticed an amazing trend, unique to Tatiana: people who "hate" her or are "annoyed" by her seem to begrudgingly like her, too. Life is too short to be ordinary...and she certainly is NOT. We remember the different ones in life. By comparison, Kris Allen is boring and forgetable...seems America agrees-it feels like Adam won instead!

Well I hate to point it out but OBVIOUSLY Adam didn't win. And obviously Kris isn't so forgetable otherwise he wouldn't have been voted American Idol. And I am not begrudgingly like her or at least I hope I'm not. Not saying it's bad to be different but there's a certain extant to how weird a person should be. There's a difference between normal weird and just plain crazy weird.

@Katey2004 Adam might as well have won: he is way more talented and is receiving WAY more (tv) publicity than Kris ever has! Kris may be the biggest flop in Idol (winner) history; even Taylor Hicks is a broadway hit (and with the older ladies). Tatiana will always be a memorable footnote out of an ocean of forgetable season 1-9 contestants

What are you babbling about? Tatiana never threw a tantrum. Tatiana was the victim of bad press and massive repetitive "let's-focus-on-her-zany-perso­nality" editing. I always tell people: substitute Allison's personality for Tatiana's and you would all be loving Tatiana and "hating" Allison...it's all hype. Vocally-speaking, Tatiana was the best female vocalist of season 8

Yea you make a valid point, but then again everybody on that show is exploited somehow. It's almost like you have a gimmick-type persona to make it to through. So giving her the benefit of the doubt I'll just say that the particular gimmick she chose to go with didn't portray her in the best of lights, fair enough?

People are fascinated by Tatiana because, deep in their heart of hearts, people ("haters" included) know she is an amazing singer and very pretty. Plus, Simon was dead WRONG: she only sang "Saving All My Love" TWICE (just as Anoop Desai, Danny Gokey, and others repeated their songs one time only). The judges were unfair to her.
