I learnt the method through official Steam support as they implemented it to allow you to purchase games while still abroad (if your account is normally used in England for example and you go on holiday to America or mainland europe, you can't buy anything on the steam you get through IP, you need to use the workaround to get back to UK Steam)

Right can anyone help me here I can't find an answer. When playing certain games (Shogun 2, Tropico 4, Fallout New Vegas, Empire and Napolean Total War) my game crashes to desktop. There is nothing wrong with whether my computer can play it, because my computer can run them at max graphics without lag, bar Shogun2 but yet it still crashes me not matter what I put the graphics on. @antwond1405 you could, but i'd go with an i5 2500K, 8 GB of RAM and a gtx 560Ti, or most likely better whatever AMD 7xxx card at that price (7850 or such). Which will cost about 650 - 700 £. Since the 7000 series is released in January i believe, you should probably wait.
