Nuclear waste is a terrible thing that leads to cancer and other health problems. 45 new nuclear plants will cause a large health bill in future years.
If average americans were to be exposed to nuclear waste it would be considered a major scandal and get huge media attention. In Illinios, a nuclear leak 2 years ago that later amounted to nothing was all over the news. Proponents of nuclear hope, like you, that nuclear waste will never leak. I think smart engineers can solve this problem and create a safe way to dispose of waste.

America needs this guy, badly. Listening to McCain makes me wanna go sleep, unlike Obama who seems to be the most intelligent presidential candidate in history.
I agree with Obama Germany has become a world leader when it comes to renewable energy. Even China appears to be ahead of the USA in this area. George Bush is only about militarization of America.
how many presidential candidates have told us the truth---like telling us other countries are ahead of us in many respects such as the environment and technology? He tells us what we need to hear!
Even if you don't believe that voting for Mccain is voting for Bush's 3rd term...YOU'D BETTER BELIEVE that voting for Mccain is voting for OIL COMPANIES and possible war with Iran.
Besides the amount of gas prices should Mccain win, what do you really think the economy would be like?
I've been reading more about Democrats voting for McCain than their nominee. This is distressing but I sincerely believe that Obama will get to the White House.
OBAMA '08.
And to those who are "Democrats" who will vote for a Republican come this November - please change to a Republican. We don't need you. Your logic makes no sense.

Wow...you really don't get it, do you? You're just looking at this on an individual level. High energy costs are wrecking an already weakened economy. I guess people shouldn't fly either. That alone is enought to vote them out, Remember what Clinton did to balance the budget shutting down the rebs controlled Congress and he left us with 68B surplus!
It's exciting having Mr. Obama 4 President 'cause I get a sense of what people felt when JFK was president! Optimism, hope, harmony among people, better future! Mr. Obama has run a campaign we can all be proud of: playing fair, truthful & making sure we little people feel included! He's been respectful 2 his opposition even when I think he shouldn't. President Obama sounds nice!! if you can spare 10 dollars 20 dollars or even more then why not buy a piece of the future and donate to Obama's campaign. I'm not official, just an obama fan. i know the first time i donated it was only $25 and i know i owned a piece of history.
I heard of people concerned with what he would do about abortion... they care more about the small things that only concern a few then the well being of our country! when in a debate about the economy! not abortion. then they went on about his middle name concerning... the very same people! thats all they have! Obama will win this! He will win! Obama '08!
This guy really knows what he's talking about. His ideals are spot on for a better country, and his plans to relieve the economy are great. Why would you vote for McCain when Obama is saying that these are some of the things we may see to improve the nation. Democrat 08'!
im from England and personaly i would vote for this guy. I dont only think he will be a good president but he seems like the guy could inspire young kids, he sounds like he would be a excellent actor.
Barack Obama is the real deal. He is the right person at the right time. Democrats must come together and enthusiastically support him. Obama brings class back to politics. Obama '08! Let's turn Nevada Blue!! (and Green!!)

The bill hasn't made it to the Senate yet. That Obama didn't stop it in the House, where he does not work, when he was busy trying to become President, should not be worth "punking out" criticism.
The rest of the world is waiting for the U.S. to co-operate against climate change. Bush has not done it and it's really frustrating, but Obama will. Obama's policies will mean a better tomorrow for us all. All the good luck to him from here (I'm from Finland)
i hope he's not talking out his ass i gotta admit but i do believe in obama i really do i think he will help better america more so than john the super french frie guy mccain i just hope all turns out well and i say if it does so why stop at 08 obama for 12 as well
He will make the US way better not just US but it does have affect on the whole world. He is the man Yes he can....I am not even from states but I do support him and I wish he will be The president. U can see it very easily who is smart, intelligent, and a good president by only seeing the speech of both Candidates.
Great speech!! Love how he delivered the translation of the the psychological effect admission. As if the futures market priced in supply changes that far into the future. RIGHT! McCain and his advisors must really be invested in the fact that voters are stupid and have no idea how commodities markets work. Go get the futures regulations fixed while you're in the Senate Barack! And I'm starting to like your long term energy ideas the more you get specific and serious about it.
Wow, I knew there was a good reason why he graduated magna cum laude. The guy is a genius. He knows what he's talking about. No more lip service from George Bush Republicans.
Thank you Barack Obama for staying focused on the ISSUES which are still important to the American public. Another layer of corruption in the ush white house uncovered today with illegal hiring of republican-leaning civil servants. Do you see the ush/cheney/rove plan?-fill federal gov't civil employee ranks with do-nothing, obstructionist republicans who will collect paychecks paid by us taxpayers while they attempt to sabotage the change that is coming to DC. Repair the trauma; Vote Obama
I was in Germany for 6 years and I watched as thewind mills went up everywhere and the solar panels began going up along side the autobahn where vacant land used to be. The Germans just wanted it more than we did.
What would be awesome as an incentive as a push for people to do something about that would be a tax cut for anyone who converts their car to partially run on water - like a Joe Cell or something like that. You'd see so many people jump on that.
I love Barack Obama but I have to say you have to be more entertaining in order to keep our attention till NOV. Your speeches are getting a little mundane with same stories "the guy with no gas money to go look for a job". Perk it up. Take comedy classes! You will be debating against McCain who is quite witty...
Come on... what is your speech writer thinking giving same stories again and again and again. I want you to win badly!!
The American People now have the oportunity to fulfill their manifest Destiny an again become truly great. Mr. Obama from what I've seen and herd is a visionary packed with charisma and imagination that will put America back in the driving seat of change and innovation throughout the WORLD. I'd Vote Obama!! GOD Bless
I've been listening to this man and it's my Humble opinion that the American People have the opportunity to finally fulfill It's manifest destiny of being truly great. if I were an American I would vote OBAMA he represents everything America needs. an intelligent leader! Finally!!!! VOTE BARACK
You are dam right by your feeing about Barack Obama. Though I'm not a US resident, I live in Nigeria, But I'v been following the Us election campaign right from time, and I support obama 100%. I thing he is just the right person to takeover the White House at this crucial time in the History America.
John McCain said "Offshore drilling will have no economic impact, but it will have a beneficial PSYCOLOGICAL impact".
What he is saying is that oil prices will stay high, but we'll FEEL BETTER about getting screwed by the governament. Meantime, McCain is giving ExxonMobil a $1.2 billion dollar tax giveaway!
I don't get it. Does McCain REALLY think that's the right thing to do for America? Is he dumb or is he corrupt? Either way, he's NOT fit to be President.
We may not see it here, but McCain has supporters that are only single minded. They can only listen to lies about the other candidate. Quite sad if you ask me. The McCain supporters say what you say.
Im voting obama, its just weird to see what people have to say. I am looking at both sides of the election. I like McCain, but i dont like his policies and ideas.
Yeah, and their growing desperate to win. The Republicans are full of shit. Some shithead named Lames Dobson is trying to accuse Obama of distorting the bible. Please, give me a break. Just shut the fuck up. I really hope nobody is buying that story
its nice to see americans with sense, i live in the uk so i carnt vote, but if i could i would vote obama without a second thougt. The world needs a man like him

Can you please upload a reply from McCain explaining how we would solve this issue temporary/permanent with risings cost of gas and living cost?
PS: No Personal Attacks on Obama please since they don't solve issues. They start issues.
So upload McCain explaining how he would do this.
Thank you.

The rest of the world is waiting for the U.S. to co-operate against climate change. Bush has not done it and it's really frustrating, but Obama will. Obama's policies will mean a better tomorrow for us all. All the good luck to him from here (I'm from Finland)

What would be awesome as an incentive as a push for people to do something about that would be a tax cut for anyone who converts their car to partially run on water - like a Joe Cell or something like that. You'd see so many people jump on that.

If that is the reason, then iraq would be selling its oil to the U.S. right now instead of european oil companys.
