I love NG Black on Xbox and NGII on the 360 and I have to say that, after a few years experience of playing it, Im pretty badass tbh BUT believe me, I had my ass handed to me all the time at first. Well timed flying swallow=domination. Also, get close enough to her to make her dive at you, roll behind her for a few quick hits. Always try to dodge forward/diagonally so you can hit her after her in the delay after her distance attack is finished.
