  • @MrPhoenis thank you. we have a lot of fun doing it.

  • @JakeObnial well, i hope you don't end up overrun by cats. we started in the rescue world when we found a litter of five kittens and that was way too much to take into our house perminently.

  • that was sweet. bless you for saving those smsll lives. :)

  • I just adopt feral kittens I see in our neighborhood

  • MUST...PROCURE...INSULIN...

  • What a neat video. I like the name of your rescue group. It's very similar to the place where I adopted my buddy (Purrfect Cat Rescue/Fremont, CA).

  • @smitty195 thank you.

  • I want the tough guy! Thought it was funny how he hissed and then started to come out when his littermate ventured. "Hey, wait a minute. This is ok? Well, Hell I'm going to check it out." Best time to approach feral kittens is when they're eating. They're too engrossed to realize that you're touching them.

  • @79barkingspider "the tough guy" turned into a sweet little lump. we fostered her until she was about nine months old. we have weekly adoption events and i could just put her in my lap and use her to prop up my book. she would just lie there and purr the whole time. the family that adopted her comes in occasionally and she is just as sweet to them and is doing very well in her new home.

  • @PurrfectPalsRescue Really great news. I love to hear stories like that. Good luck with all your feline endeavors.

  • @79barkingspider thank you. we have done pretty well this year. maybe doubling our adoptions from last year.

  • I know that once feral kittens reach 3 months, there's a 50/50 chance of them being tame. I know, because I captured 4 cats last year. Two kittens were easily tamed, one of them was still too fractious, while their mother was hissing and spitting at me. Mama cat was 11 months old.

  • @crpsaiyan - congratulations on your success. it is amazing how quickly they become wild.

  • @PurrfectPalsRescue They are born wild

  • @don417 sorry, i meant how quickly they become so afraid of people that they are difficult to domesticate.

  • @PurrfectPalsRescue lol, no prob. Good luck in your endeavors and keep up the good works.

  • You can help the shelters take good care of these animals by donating money. They will buy food and medicine for these babies.

  • @LaoSoftware Thanks for the note, but we are a liscenced non-profit. We often receive kittens from city and county shelters when they cannot take care of them, usually because they are still nursing. We foster them in our homes until they are weaned, healthy, and old enough for adoptions. So, if you would like to make a donation to us so WE can buy food and medicine ;) for our little orphans, you can check out our channel page for our website information.

  • so sweet. Thank you so much for rescuing them! I just rescued three from my back yard about 1 mo. ago. Was feeding Mom & didn't know she had kittens. She stopped coming around and a couple of days later I heard the babies crying. Think I have a senior center that is going to adopt all three of them!

  • It's really nice to see some people helping these creatures rather than sticking them into a shelter. I have one feral kitten but I think he's a little too old be domesticated. He'll play with my hand but won't let me pet him or pick him up. Good thing you got these kittens at the right time.

  • @newfful thanks. we have fun with it. we are a rather small group and rescue about 50-100 kittens a year. About two months seems to be the age where domesticating kittens is a lot of work and takes a long time.

if you have a feral that will get close enough to play with your hand that is really great. someday you may be able to pet him. please make sure to get him fixed though. if you are in the united states, your local humane society should be able to help. cats make lots of babies.

  • @newfful depends on the cat. We got a feral kitten probably at 4 months or so. She grew up and loved to be petted and have her ears scratched. But she never, ever allowed either me or my wife to hold her. Just wasn't her thing.

  • It's true, a little love and they proved to be giant softies.

  • Awww!! They are so cute and I am glad that they were rescued. All they needed was some TLC.

  • Kitten cuddling success! I give you a thumbs up! Good Job! XD

  • @JinkinOsawri Thanks. It was a fun litter.

  • She ended up being one of the sweetest kittens we ever rescued. Oddly, she and her sister did not get adopted until they were about nine months old. The grey one, Bianca, was always in my lap. Fortunately she has gone to a new home with great people.

  • so adorable. i love how the hissing grey one later demands cuddling, such a change from his original attitude

  • thanks. kitten season is starting up so hopefully we will catch so more fun things on video and post them.

  • aaaw x3

  • Well, thanks. And I never show my full self to avoid changing that sort of perception.

  • I'm probably old enough to be your mother, but it is so sexy to see a guy with a lap full of cutie kittens.
