I like this- it helps me concentrate on my schoolwork, at least. A habitual addiction to sound that is backed by mindless catch phrases like the Universe, Enlightenment, and Ascension are far from helping you take control of your emotions. Listening to music, to somehow, "balance your mind" is only going to add the the stress of bad habits that are causing you stress. The further away you move from addictive habits and lean toward just living, the sooner you can reestablish a better "mental health system" for your self. Keep your metaphysics to yourself.

After doing that my emotions became so intense that I had to make every decision even the movement of a fingertip based on how I felt. It has been this way for a year and a half. This is going to sound really weird. When I am sitting in the bathroom stall of the WalMart I work at, if I hold my head low a little bit, the vent fan in the ceiling creates a sound almost exactly like the low tone in this audio. I'll sit there for a few minutes, forget I was listening to it, sit up, then my brain gets mad at me for moving, because the sound disappears. Does this happen to anyone else?
Anybody notice the numbers in the sequences? 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 paired with 7,8,9,1,2,3,4,5,6 and 4.5.6.7.8.9,1,2,3 this could go in both directions (decimal or power of 10) forever! The harmonics are probably saturating everything from particles on up...

@Kush4DaFin It should just be your third eye, I think that the pressure is normal. But if it a painful thing then I dont know. Sometimes I get a pain between my eyes, the same kind of pain I get when I think of someone putting a pin into a voodoo doll. But I try to release it (and any other unexplained pains) as psychic attack, people are sending thoes waves out all the time with out realizing it.

I can't walk down the road without hearing a thousand sounds which were made by mankind and therefore 'unnatural'. Meditation songs like this help to rebalanced the aural experience. I'm very new to meditation. As soon as I started playing this, I felt like I had chills, but it wasn't the chills? Haha it's hard to explain, but it just felt very odd. I think I'm going to like meditation though.
Hey there, is it normal that I felt this weird ''opening'' or ''sucking'' feeling at the place where the ''third eye'' is located, in the middle of my eyes? I never got into serious meditating and hinduism and I came upon this video by coincedence but right as I let the music play I felt this weird feeling in between my eyes and also these weird inner flows or beams in my body streaming, in an upward direction I think. @dasudosomia This is your body getting rid of tons of negative energy build-up. it's like getting hit with a laser, if it's concentrated all at once, and if you don't have a regular meditation/balancing program. Everyting is spirit - and will be spirit. Your face is the spirit - your body is the spirit. As like the soft, silent state of a lake, all actions are like throwing stones in that lake - and so are the thoughts and actions created. dude omg i closed my eyes and got into a vision or somethin, all of a sudden i was outside, i realized i was still listening to the sounds and sitting in my chair, but i felt outside in sunshine lol, and its 2 52 a.m.
I used to meditate to these things, then one day I felt "awakened" I started throwing up, getting cramps, pains everywhere, flashes of unwanted "peaceful" images in my head, my soul jumping out of my body whenever I relaxed...
After 3 consecutive days of listening to this, eyes closed, whilst meditating upon the chakras, I have finally felt a pressure in my crown area. Right in the soft spot at the top of the skull. With the 741 Hz, I finally felt a pressure in-between the eyes. I guess my pineal is slowly waking :)

@handeeemarn you know what... That actually made sence. But these reactions can also come from learned behavior. If a person had been blocked of from all contact from birth the reactions to laughter and crying might have been different.
@handeeemarn That actually has less to do with sound waves as is does mirror receptors in the brain. When you hear some one crying or a scream the same parts of your brain light up as though you yourself has cried or screamed. That is one of the new neurological studies that took place at the beginning of the century.
@handeeemarn When I can hear people arguing or being impatient with each other I literally feel darkness surrounding me. It's weird, I can still see lights, but I can feel dark, like I'm becoming claustrophobic in an open lit atmosphere.

I'm very new to meditation. As soon as I started playing this, I felt like I had chills, but it wasn't the chills? Haha it's hard to explain, but it just felt very odd. I think I'm going to like meditation though.

Hey there, is it normal that I felt this weird ''opening'' or ''sucking'' feeling at the place where the ''third eye'' is located, in the middle of my eyes? I never got into serious meditating and hinduism and I came upon this video by coincedence but right as I let the music play I felt this weird feeling in between my eyes and also these weird inner flows or beams in my body streaming, in an upward direction I think. Could anyone explain me more about what I just experienced? Thanks in advance

after i meditated to this i felt pressure starting lightly at the top of my head, then my eyes went crosseyed and the pressure built up in the center of my head, it felt like i was getting compressed in a vicegrip and then i felt like my entire head blew up and i snapped out of it, now i feel dizzy and have the biggest headache of my life

@dasudosomia This is your body getting rid of tons of negative energy build-up. it's like getting hit with a laser, if it's concentrated all at once, and if you don't have a regular meditation/balancing program. Your body said "whooooah!" Keep doing it, with different frequencies, little by little - you'll get there!

After 3 consecutive days of listening to this, eyes closed, whilst meditating upon the chakras, I have finally felt a pressure in my crown area. Right in the soft spot at the top of the skull. With the 741 Hz, I finally felt a pressure in-between the eyes. I guess my pineal is slowly waking :)

listening to this gives you that feeling of peace, love and harmony, sounds wierd but I got trashed last night, booze smokes mixing everything all out, I got home and I woke up this morning to find myself on the sofa with firefox on with this playing hangover gone in a matter of minutes! @SVWillmer The funny thing is that I discovered this myself...after being a Christian just a few months ago I read that they cahnted hymns and as God suddenly gave me a deep and booming voice, incredible resosnat (instead of my lifelong hoarse one) I felt those love and spiritual vibratings even before these videos! 852 hz I cannot sing though....

Tune your guitar E string down to a Low A tone, and play with 1/4 notes and blend in some syncopated 1/8th note rhythms topped off with a V IV I. As a writing musician, there is a place to visit for sure. To that I can attest to.

@handeeemarn That actually has less to do with sound waves as is does mirror receptors in the brain. When you hear some one crying or a scream the same parts of your brain light up as though you yourself has cried or screamed. That is one of the new neurological studies that took place at the beginning of the century.
