He was specifically excluded from the Covenant due to his being illegitimate by birth. Muhammad was and always will be a fraud (he never had any witnesses when at least 2 are needed). A verse in the Quran cannot be simply translated literally, it has to be analyzed relative to time context and situation. Islam isn't a "religion" in the USA either. To be a religion in the USA it MUST by law recognize "the most holy and undivided Trinity". If not they are NOT a religion. This clause is on the first line of The Peace Treaty of 1783 (aka Paris Peace Treaty) that gave birth to citizens of the USA. Read the clause "in the name of the most holy and undivided Trinity." The Treaty was signed in Paris on September 3 1783. Before this agreement America was a group of 13 British colonies.

The relevance is to the fact that Muslims don't believe in the Holy Trinity of God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit enshrines Christianity as the only legalised religion existing in the USA since that date. This means that ONLY Christians are allowed to permanently live on US territory. Muslims here condemning the USA while claiming to live there on their profiles ought to be given the ultimatum to convert or be deported to an Islamic country of their choice.

My point is based on the terms of the Paris Peace Treaty, that ALL muslims should be given an ultimatum to convert or be deported to Islamic countries rather than be allowed to live in the USA and adopt US citizenship. The treaty makes claims to any other religion ILLEGAL in that country; eg Islam.
