I created a wheel light kit many years ago for my Saleen. Tastefully done. Not two overpowering like those cheezy underbody neon kits. just a simple accent lighting much on the order of this prius. People were very impressed and always asked were i purchased it from, only to be amazed and dismayed the fact i made it myself. For a long time people wanted to do it but couldnt figure out how to power the lights and safely mount withing a spinning wheel. its easy if you get down and look.
This prius is done up really well. And although the lights may not work for all cars, it works really well for the prius, sorta like a rolling disney ride at epcot center. Very futuristic. without appearing gaudy.
It is loud in its statement But i like how its more extreme on the interior than the exterior making it very inviting and pleasant to view from outside. I did this back in 96 when NO one had done it. now 16 years later and its on the market to buy. LOL
For those of us who have jobs that require driving all day and get additional money per mile driven the Prius is the smartest choice. Example, my V6 Escape was costing me over $600.00 per month JUST in gas. The 2010 Prius cost me under $150.00 in gas per month. Its a comfortable and reliable car. Bottom line, this car actually MAKES me additional money. If i want an addrenaline rush ill just ride my Yamaha R1 or R6 or go drifting in my 93 RX-7
