This actually makes sense. Ever see those documentaries or interviews where the interviewee who speaks English with a foreign accent is arbitrarily given subtitles? Most of the time it's justified - not only do the interviewees have an accent, their grammar is completely off to the point of incomprehensibility. But some do speak very fluent and grammatically correct English albeit w/ a minor accent yet someone who speaks an obscure English country dialect is never given subtitles on American TV.
He can only speak one language, thanks for being so incompetent. He's dressed up as a Militia soldier and speaks English with a fake accent. I'm American and speak 3 languages. English, Italian, and some Spanish. Not fluently but that's not the point. It's a skit, a parody if you will and acting like a pompous ass is uncalled for. Also, you're right about some Americans speaking 1 language, immigrants. Most people can only speak their homeland language so what you said is completely pathetic.
