Great cartoon. I cracked up as a kid and still funny as an adult. I found myself elated after watching this, like a dose of caffeine. Very entertaining, great humor, pace, and fantastic music. They should still show these at the movies before the main feature plays.

The horse takes off, but comes back and taps his fingers holding his composure. Red hot Rider, "Ima a riding side saddle. Well, I ammmm", The the horse boxes his head.
